Drive thru very slow. Waited 30 mins after being told to pull around and wait for a cold soggy burger and warm chicken basket. No communication between grill and deep fryer it seems.

Poor and rude service equals us walking out. We have been regulars at the Nederland DQ for 15 years but tonight was the worst. They were totally disorganized and were talking rude to customers and getting all the orders wrong. We walked out!!

I ordered a chicken strip basket and a steak finger basket with two drinks for $24 and each basket only had about 10 French fries in it. Do better Dairy Queen.

Every time i get an oreo blizzard there is nearly no oreo at all. And when i pay extra for more, it comes the same way, wasted 70 cents on extra oreo i didnt get. Always have to go back in and ask for them to remake it. Terrible service, not friendly.

Terrible service!! Kabrey didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. She passed by me several times while I was patiently waiting at the front of restaurant. Completely ignored me and didn’t even ask me if I’ve been helped or what I was there for.

After repeating my order at the speaker and the window, my order was wrong. When I stated that my sundae was wrong before the employee handed me the sundae, the employee still tried to hand it to me.

Living in Nederland 20 years saw gradual and now steep decline in quality both services and food.totally new set of employees hard to understand.chicken finger lunch box had chicken probably prepared two days ago and would take a saw to cut it, bread is soggy as jello and onion rings burned to coal.fortunately sprite was holding up.this was the status of lunch yesterday.disappointed.
