Ordered the spicy chicken strip basket with onion rings, second time two different locations, batter was dark and dry, same as last time in Bridge City, TX, would personally not recommend the spicy strips.

One of the women behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful, and made a bug deal and talked back very disrespectfuly literally just because we wanted lids for two tiny ramekins because it was for dogs we had at home. And it was like we asked for her to pay them personally. Very rude and ugly and i think she was a manager.

Paid fifteen dollars for a triple cheeseburger and fries. They gave us three patties with no cheese. This happened the last time as well. Won't go back again.

This place is horrible. The only thing consistent is that they will always mess up your order and do the absolute bare minimum. Avoid the headache and just go to Port Neches.

The atmosphere was 30s, 40s, 50s & 60s music.That was the good part.While ordering my food I rested my hand on the counter.....Right in a pile of jelly!I asked for something to clean offy hand & was handed a dry paper napkin.I asked her if she could wet it for me & she returned with a wet napkin then proceeded to the restroom with bucket & mop. So, after cleaning my hand I cleaned their counter with the same napkin. THEN, & only then, the guy @ the counter "cleaned" it with his overly dirty rag.I ordered a strawberry milk shake & I FINALLY got it after 20 minutes after my husband went back to the counter to ask for it!EVERY TABLE ON THE JOINT WAS DIRTY!There were like, 7 people behind the counter getting in each other's way.We FINALLY got our food & my fries which I ordered extra crispy were soaked in grease & undercooked, (if at all).I asked for no bread w/my fish & he offered extra fries.I accepted but did not get extra fries.I brought this to the gentleman's attention & he brought me out a fresh large fry that was more cooked.There seemed to be a lot of people behind the counter drawing a paycheck. Unfortunately, none of them thought it was their job to wipe down the table tops!I don't think we will be back.

I was in the drive thru line at 9:40 and waited in line. it took forev for people to get thru the line. I don't know why it takes 15 minutes to take an order. I was the last car in line. when I finally pulled up to give my order the said they were closed. I said I'm here to get ice cream for my grandkids. sorry we're closed. you took the order ahead of me. they were here before 10. so was I. still sorry we're cllosed. you can't just get me two dill cars? No were closed. the kids working today are horrible and rude and n nothing about service and I will never go back there
