Firehouse Subs Port Arthur

The Thanksgiving sub at firehouse was good, medium sub 10.99 not a bad value but to pay 1.00 for cranberry sauce , I didn't like if I pay 10.99 for a sandwich why should I pay a dollar for cranberry sauce. But I would get it again. Service is good, fast.wait time five minutes.location is fine. We had to go to Wal-Mart anyway.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. I placed my order and received excellent service throughout. While I was dining, I witnessed a very difficult customer being extremely rude and unreasonable, yet the staff remained calm, respectful, and went above and beyond to try and make things right for her—even though she was clearly not willing to be satisfied.

I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and patience this team displayed under pressure. It made me appreciate my experience even more. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting this location. Kudos to the entire crew!

I requested to get a Spicy Cajun chicken sandwich as a salad, the manager said they could do it, no problem. Look how gorgeous this thing is! Packed with veggies and Cajun chicken. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
