I don't know if they white bread changed or what but my sandwich was soggy and not toasted. No crutch what so ever. They must have put it in microwave for 1 minute and everything was warm including the veggies. Horrible textureA waste of $11

Received a gift card for Christmas. I really enjoyed the hook and ladder. Hubby got the NY Steamer. Ordered before dinner time... Had a few minutes to pick up an order from PetSmart, the sandwich order was ready right when I got back.Parking: Parking is more crowded at lunch than at dinner.

Had the beef and cheddar sandwich and seemed a bit skimpy on the meat for the price. More bread than meat. Otherwise it was good.
The food is pretty decent for a fast food sub shop. But did not get all of the products with the order. I believe the grubhub delivery driver took some of the items that were ordered. I will go here again I just believe I will drive there rather than. Having it delivered.

I recently tried Firehouse while in Southeast San Antonio. I picked up lunch for my grown kids and grandkids. The food was good and generous portions. The service was friendly and the restaurant clean. It's your basic deli sandwich shop and a good option for a quick to go meal. It's not my favorite deli but I'll return if my kids want it again.

Ms. Bee and her team were awesome on this day. I get confused very easily and they were very patient, the food was so good and the service was even better. It was very refreshing to see such a pleasant work environment in which management and staff go along and were having a good time
