I don’t know his name, but the gentleman who helped me today was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He was a big Black gentleman with the calmest demeanor and the warmest presence. He mentioned he has worked here for 19 years, and it truly shows—his patience, kindness, and genuine care are rare. I have never met someone so open-hearted. This was my first time at Jason’s Deli. While the food was just okay and probably not the reason I’d return, this employee absolutely is. He is the best thing that has happened to this location. I came in having one of the worst days, and his kindness alone made it a good day. I thank him from the bottom of my heart—he doesn’t even know he helped someone today just by being himself.

Bought a plane jane baked potato and it obviously sat in there oven way to long. Most of the potato was burnt and there was no sour cream or onion. Only a burnt potato with cheese. She gets 2 stars because when I called she did offer to replace it. But that means going back to the store. My question is why did you send that in the first place? Are your people really that stupid? Or just that careless

Staff nice but restaurant very unclean food all over floor air not working well and mainly the food was not good at all had the salad bar the ranch dressing was so watery it went all over me with every bite the toasted bread to the veggies don’t taste fresh this restaurant is not as good as the one on Stagg Dr in Beaumont I won’t be returning to this location for now
