When did McDonald’s decide what the hell we’re gonna be the worst fast food ever? It’s getting to the point to where every single McDonald’s I go to is horrible but this one on Nederland Avenue takes the cake. Don’t charge me $10 for chicken strips and french fries when it’s soggy and nothing‘s even hot.

During the day the store is great but the night crew is normally horrible. Every time I go in at night they just have bad attitudes and literally sigh while you’re ordering. It’s very frustrating trying to order food and the employee being rude simply because you’re there.

Don’t order from this place past 10 PM. Delivery driver switched 4 times, line spanning around the entire establishment, waited until 1 am only for them to cancel my order completely for no reason

This McDonald's is ONLY good in the MORNING, they obviously schedule all the good employees in the morning. If it's past 2pm I would recommend the Memorial McDonald's.

Ordered 2 McDoubles and 2 hot and spicy’s and a fry. When I got home, there was no hot and spicy’s. Only 2 burgers and my fry.
So I basically paid for 2 products I didn’t receive. I’m confused. Is there a special code word or number I have to tell the cashier? Did I only pay for the McDonald’s name brand but I have to subscribe to receive my food? Is there a certain time of day I can get my hot and spicy’s? Did my 5 dollars go to Ukraine, if so, where’s my tax write off? Is it because I didn’t want to round up my change to donate? Am I being punked? I would just like my food that I paid for.

Service here just Sucks. It took over 15 minutes to get to get 2 shamrock shakes and a small fry. Not only that we are the only ones in line.... Hello It's fast food!!! It shouldn't even be that long. It should have been under 10 minutes or less, if that. Then they have the nerve to tell us to come back for the second one. Also they didn't give us a voucher or some type of something that proved we bought two. I got a refund on one. When we got outside the shake was more peppermint flavor syrup than ice cream. It was dark green. Fys kinda cold. I don't recommend this place. And I worked fast food at Taco Bell for years. Bad service here.
