This McDonald's is ONLY good in the MORNING, they obviously schedule all the good employees in the morning. If it's past 2pm I would recommend the Memorial McDonald's.

Ordered 2 McDoubles and 2 hot and spicy’s and a fry. When I got home, there was no hot and spicy’s. Only 2 burgers and my fry.

So I basically paid for 2 products I didn’t receive. I’m confused. Is there a special code word or number I have to tell the cashier? Did I only pay for the McDonald’s name brand but I have to subscribe to receive my food? Is there a certain time of day I can get my hot and spicy’s? Did my 5 dollars go to Ukraine, if so, where’s my tax write off? Is it because I didn’t want to round up my change to donate? Am I being punked? I would just like my food that I paid for.

Service here just Sucks. It took over 15 minutes to get to get 2 shamrock shakes and a small fry. Not only that we are the only ones in line.... Hello It's fast food!!! It shouldn't even be that long. It should have been under 10 minutes or less, if that. Then they have the nerve to tell us to come back for the second one. Also they didn't give us a voucher or some type of something that proved we bought two. I got a refund on one. When we got outside the shake was more peppermint flavor syrup than ice cream. It was dark green. Fys kinda cold. I don't recommend this place. And I worked fast food at Taco Bell for years. Bad service here.

Can drive through attendants please learn what customer service is? Made to wait well over 10 minutes for order while 3 employees stood and looked at their phones. No one offered an update or even a time frame. Once my food was handed to me, there wasn't even a tha k you.

I asked for 2 quarters pounders and hot spicy chicken sandwich with a medium french fry, and only received 2 quarter pounders and fries but no hot and spicy chicken sandwich . And now I have to share a half burger. Im pissed ….The Lord knows I don’t like to share.

Sat here for easily an hour because i put a mobile order in and all i got to hear was people laughing, talking, and listening to music thru the drive thru speaker. At least 15 cars drove off because of the wait. Shouldnt be that crazy it’s McDonald’s at 10pm.

I normally stop by every morning I have work to get 3-4 breakfast burritos. At around 4:30 to 5 AM. I understand it might be because of the snow but come on. Not one person inside and the doors are locked. Normally i dont have this problem but again, might be, MIGHT BE because of the snow. But if youre closed, just say so.

Where do I even begin? As a former McDonald’s employee, this is extremely disappointing. My husband spent well over $50 and when we got our bags, we were missing four things. I had to go back up to the register FOUR separate times to ask them where my food was. Not only that but they took forever which I don’t normally complain about because again, I’ve worked there. I get it. But for it to take this long AND you get my order wrong? This isn’t the first time we’ve come in here and they’ve screwed up our order either. We went in there a few weeks ago and my husband ordered a Chicken Big Mac and got the Chicken Big Mac Box, but a regular Big Mac… Like come ON. The morning shift is so awesome, hustles, and gets your food right, so what is going on with the night shift?? Just do better.

They say there open 24 hrs in the morning people that works at the refinery is hard for us to get breakfast because they're not open 24 hours. We have to wait until about 430 before someone can serve us. Some of us have to be at the plant 4 :30 or four o'clock but to say theyl open twenty four hours it's not true they ask to wait 20 min

we ordered in the app AHEAD of time. they forgot HALF our order. our drinks our half sized. they were also made them wrong. when we asked for the rest of our order, and the employees huffed and puffed. they threw their heads back and came back with attitude. after the mumbled insults, to be honest it was taking everything in me not to throw my stuff back in the window. i worked fast food before.. i know it sucks. i know how draining it is… but NEVER EVER did i ever treat a customer like that.. ESPECIALLY when the complaint was due to my or my team’s negligence. there is no excuse. i stayed nice and calm with them the entire time. i am saddened by the lack of good service, communication, and food preparation. completely disheartening.
