Been waiting 90 minute for pizza. They asked me to pay first. I paid and they said it would be 20 more minute. Went back in after 40 minute, they said one oven has been broken. But they are pumping pizzas out the back door none stop. Just bullshit that they took payment before mentioning the broken over. Don't come here, go to Domino's in Nederland.

she went above and beyond to try and help us get some missing items from our order even when she was off the clock.
she was all around a very sweet individual and i hope to have her as our delivery driver again!!!

Just ordered a New York style pizza and it had to be the worse pizza I have ever had. The crust was tough. The delivery was quick now I know why.

Papa John's Nederland used to be a good place to order pizza. Now there are people who take your order who can't speak clear English and the prices have gone up into custom order brick oven pizza range... and the pizza is clearly not of that quality. We ordered a 5 topping thin crust today that barely had any cheese on it, and there were bare places on it like someone had scavenged the toppings off. Pineapple was one of the toppings and I didn't get my first taste of pineapple until the 3rd piece. There were nowhere near enough toppings for a $30+ pizza. This is inexcusable and I won't be ordering pizza from this Papa John's any time soon if ever again.

I was getting my pizza and I asked for pepper and parm cheese and the lady working there threw them at me in a mean full way I felt disrespected but just smiled at her like a good costumer will never return to this location top 10 do not remember the service was bad. This was on may the 29 at 10:15 pm.
