Went through the drive-through just to get an unsweet tea ask for sweet and low to Being given through the cashier, Was asked to pull to the second window waited almost 10 minutes for two iced teas. That we got had an inch of sugar on the bottom and the tea tasted like it was from the day before and burnt could not even drink it. Waste of money!

Placed an order at the drive thru for a crossiant, ham, egg and cheese. After she took my payment, she returned and asked if I wanted mini or regular. I asked her what did she charge me, and she said mini. I replied, ok. She returned with my order, to my surprise, it was tiny, and I asked, is this what I paid for? She said, Yes. This crossiant was no mini, it was a finger size, no bigger than 1.5 inches, it has slithers of ham and sprinkle of cheese, no egg. This was my first and last time going to this establishment.

Enjoyed Muffins, Mocha Frappuccino. Friendly staff service was okay!
good wrap but some layers of it peeled with the paper :( making it fragile. should find another way to wrap their wraps

Since this is now the 2nd time my sister and I have experienced the most nonchalant attitude from the barista, just thought management would want to know that customers appreciate a smile, at least look the customer in the face and acknowledge the customer’s issuance of a thank you when picking up the order.

I placed a cake order via email and over the phone (with a very rude employee btw). I Asked for exactly what i wanted and send over the pic. I go pick it up the day of the event only to realize it was the WRONG color and they missed a very important piece of the decorations for the cake. They said well you didnt order that, then looked at the reciept and it was obviously charged she just FORGOT to write it down. They said they could make them asap and they would be great. The were in fact NOT great, they were ugly uneven cake balls with no decorations since the baker was not “a good artist” as she said. Highly dissapointed.
