Wife came in to get a DoorDash order and the woman behind the counter too busy on her phone to take care of the order. Then all the sudden asks my wife if she’s here to pick up an order. Took probably 15 minutes to take care of it. Workers need to quit worrying about phones and start taking care of customers

The past few months of working my overnight shifts ive been coming to this subway to get my lunches (if they see this review im the 8pm meatball and bacon sub guy 👋). The atmosphere is always welcoming and the sandwiches made how you like it to a T with no complaints. I try to tip Dillon and the lady who works at night with him anytime I can. They are probably the best subway workers I could have met and asked to make my food. Thanks guys for making my past few work lunches great. It means a lot to me even though it's just a sandwich. ❤️ GO SUBWAY

Employees never came on thru drive thru. Had to pull up to window and still waited. The 3 employees slowly walked behind counter with food from i guess their dinner break all at the same time

I went inside and I had Zack, Mike, and Alex and they were such kind and helpful young men. The food was fresh, the place was very clean! I’ve gone several times and it’s always been a really nice experience with very nice workers.

i got 2 sandwiches and made a call for a pickup order and they got both my sandwiches completely WRONG and the people in there didn’t look like they knew what they where doing one of them being kaden broussard, a girl and some tall dude with blonde kinda hair.

While attempting to order a sandwich through the mobile app to redeem an online coupon, I was approached by an employee who later identified himself as Ales, the night shift supervisor. I became extremely uncomfortable when he approached my car and stood waiting for me to open my door. He then stated that he was checking to make sure I wasn’t there to “rob the store” after sitting in the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes. I felt humiliated. I will not be returning.

Yall I just about had enough of the ppl in Nederland it not all but it’s a good few the subway on Nederland ave services were horrible today they over charged me for the meal of the day then tried say I have a certain sandwich I was like no I have the meal of the day so I took my sandwich out and showed him and it’s like he got aggravated then found out he gave my daughter the wrong sandwich and wanted me to repay for my meal cause he say he voided my transaction the got angry cause I said I should not have swiped my card again then tried put me out telling me leave and his coworker talking about I know u had the chicken sandwich I fixed it I’m a sandwich artist girl gone long story short horrible service want get anything else from me
