This subway has been closing and turning off machines before 8pm and saying that they cannot toast my bread nor make my order because they are closing already … when closing time is 9pm and they have done it to me several times even on DoorDash. Screen shot shows you the time it is when the dasher arrived to pick up food. Also when we went in person this last Saturday Jan 3rd 2026 one of the guys in charge that night with dreads or dread locks was extremely moody and rude.

Absolutely the best subway to go to I’ve been here on a couple different occasions and the black dude with the red dreadlocks is the best worker they have he keeps it clean, he’s very professional, and he’s interactive with the customers idk if he’s the manager or not but he very much should be!!!

I Just Left This Location. Jennifer Jeremiah And The Other Lady ( Forgot Het Name) Customer Service Is Top Tier. AND YES THEY CHANGE GLOVES AFTER EVERY SANDWICH THEY MAKE. YOU GUY'S ARE THE BEST.

Its alright, if you are in a pinch for something to eat that's already cooked, all it lacks is someone putting it together. Its been awhile ~ 2 to 3 years since I have visited Subway, im in no hurry to return.

Me and my friend ordered for a footlong nachos with extra chicken for a togo order. We pickup food, came back home to eat. In the entire footlong we both found only 3 tiny pieces of chicken, we paid an extra $ for the chicken. But we don't even get the regular chicken. So, I respectfully called the store to check with them may be they are in a rush.
I politely ask the guy..sir there is no much chicken at all in our footlong.
He just replied I'm the one did your order. I was trying to tell him..I can bring back and show you. But he hung up the phone,without even listening to us. Blaming us like we eat chicken and calling them. That's bad......very very very very bad. It's okay we can pay somewhere else and eat food again.....but don't play with people's hunger.

Went to Subway at Express Mart. That staff was extremely rude. 835 pm. The store closes at 9 pm. The employee said he couldn't make the sub I ordered and there was a customer behind me. Kids these days need to learn work ethics and respect. I will not eat subway again.

I tried to call the order in and they refused to answer. This store is connected to an Express Mart so I called there to make sure they were open and the girl was condescending and said "they didn't answer maybe cause they're busy helping other customers" (she didn't know I was pulling in) and when I walked in the subway worker was sitting on the other side of the store doing nothing! The express mart girl hollered her name and she said "I see".... walked over and took another 3 minutes poking around (F'n off!) I was livid at this point. Never greeted me did bare minimum in communication and was horrible as far as customer service. The Express mart employee was Cristina and the Subway employee was Harmony.
