Ordered on the mobile app at 9 pm new years eve. When I got there at 9:06 pm they told me they were closed and refused to refund the 20 dollars.. I have reached out on the app twice now and have not received a response. This is only the most recent incident. This has happened before so I suppose I should take some of the responsibility for their poor practices

Not going to give you the food and if you try to get a refund they just throw the phone on the counter while you “wait” for a manager. Meanwhile you hear them laughing about how long you’ll wait before hanging up.

Terrible. Don’t spend your money here. This place is the example of why fast food workers deserve minimum wage. Sat in line for 30 minutes for them to close 15 minutes before their closing time. Terrible place tbh

No one at the counter to take orders, or check in for mobile orders. Drive thru and doordash take priority. No sorry for the wait or anything. I waited 10 minutes before I could get anyone's attention. Waited 50 minutes for food. Might as well have gone to a sit down restaurant. Just glad my kids weren't with me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Our visit started out good guy behind the counter was nice but the others including the manager on duty had no clue on service. We waited over an hour and a half on our food which no one called our name at all instead it was sitting on the counter cold. The girl behind the counter asked her manager what to do. She'll be right over after she gets d one with drive thru orders. We ordered 10 items and spent over 50.00 in store. The manager didn't even apologize nor offer more than to remake it when they had time. If you had mobile order or drive thru order you were waited on right away. Beyond disappointed with this manager and location. Getting our money back wasn't enough especially for the t ime. Employees need to be trained better also. At this point Taco Bell has my business.
