No one in that kitchen is communicating with each other to get things done. I ALWAY have to ask where are my drinks when they bring my to go order out. Not to mention when he brought me my drink didn’t add the dragonfruit syrup and I asked about it and dude came over and said I guess they just didn’t I’m sorry I’ll get it done. When he literally made both of them. Trying to blame others for your laziness is wild. Bad customer service. And bad at getting everything done correct the first time. Where’s all my avocado val verde sauce or whatever. I got three orders of the cantina chicken. Which is supposed to all come with that sauce. Y’all are just straight up lazy and I really hope something gets done about it soon.
This taco bell has gotten so much better. The drive thru speaker is so clear and the workers are much nicer. They are very clear and patient. The restaurant is clean and outside looks clean as well. Food is warm and very delicious.
I went through the drive thru here late last night after work and was pleasantly surprised by the very sweet staff. Both of the people I interacted with couldn't have been more polite. Daniel was my cashier and I wasn't able to get the lady's name, but she was just as great. Thank y'all ?

Don't go here. Horrible management and staff. Better off going to Groves Taco Bell. Waited for over an hour said we had to check in. But we placed it on the website which doesn't give you the option to.
