Owner stood my husband up after she confirmed multiple times on her ability to make my 30th birthday cake. On the day of pick up she didn’t respond to texts or calls until 5pm (the time of pickup) that she was working at her other job and the cake was not made.
I called and placed a verbal order for a very small wedding cake for July 2025. Set up through text (which owner recommended) flavor options for tasting and a date to pick up tasting box. Day before scheduled tasting pickup, I texted her to confirm what time to pickup the tasting box, no response. Morning of pickup for tasting zero response through multiple calls and texts. We ended up just ordering through another bakery because it is very apparent that communication is not the strong point of this business. I would be extremely hesitate to try and order again!
Their food is so good! Desserts and food trays have been huge hits with our association.

So I ordered my cake WEEKS in advance. We discussed in detail what I wanted for my daughter’s FIRST birthday smash cake. I even sent photos to be sure we were in the same page. Everything was perfect until I went to get the cake. When I say no where near what I asked for. The icing was messed up and you could crumbled pieces of cake through the icing. The “cow print” looked more like poop smears. The name was no where on the cake. Also the cake was a completely different flavor from what I ordered. When I expressed that I was dissatisfied she told me that I didn’t need to pay for it even though I already had. I asked if there was anyway we could simply fix it and she never responded.
I do not recommend this company AT ALL! She has let me down in the past with giving me different flavors of cake that I did not order. But, I just dealt with it and gave her another chance. I ordered my husband a birthday cake and I was supposed to pick it up the day before. She completely stopped answering my calls/texts when I was supposed to pick it up and she was not there. I’m aware that emergencies happen (if that’s the case) but, she should have called to tell me and I still have yet to hear from her. If you can’t do your job, then simply own up to it!
Communication is key. Raw King Cake. Owner offered to deliver a new one for the office on a different day ... no show. After a few days I got a response and she was sick so she set a new date... guess what, no show again. So our office purchased something inedible and it's like eh, no biggie. Because I've gotten away with horrible customer service for this long..what's one more? Like the rest of the reviews here, don't rely on her ESPECIALLY if it's an important event.
My husband ordered a cake 3 weeks ahead of my birthday and even texted back and forth with the owner sending pictures of what he wanted the cake to look like. She confirmed the date with him and as the date got closure she stopped reply to his text and NO cake for the birthday. A member of our family had terrible service from her in the past but we thought we would give her a try. Mistake on our part but it sure won’t happen again!
Best looking cakes in Texas !!! And delicious too …order one today …
cake design was great, but the red velvet cake and cupcakes i ordered seemed to be over cooked and very dry. had 20 people eat the cake and all stated they couldn't figure out taste, they said it didn't taste like red velvet.

I hate to not promote a local business, but....I never got my cake that we agreed upon. She obviously does beautiful work, but it seems she doesn't follow through on some orders. Unfortunately my son's first birthday smash cake was one of them :(
I ordered a cake three and a half weeks before my event and she confirmed my order. There was back and forth communication about picking up the cake and the schedule changed a couple of times. Each time there were modifications to the schedule both parties agreed upon them. Once the delivery was determined she never showed up with the cake after I had already sent her the money with a significant tip. She ignored multiple calls from me, my family and friends. I finally noticed a post on her personal Facebook page so I texted to request my money back. She refunded me and had 0 reason why she could not perform the service. I was refraining from leaving a bad review that could tarnish her reputation but after seeing several others with the same experience I feel that it is necessary to warn people that are determining who to conduct their business with.
not only does she do the most fabulous designs, her cakes are the best tasting ever. Bloom 827 hands down!

Never delivered my cake even after receiving my payment with a significant tip. She ignored my phone calls just to simply put off telling me that she was never going to have my cake made. I was put out on the day of my event causing me to make last minute arrangements. She finally refunded my money after I had to reach out and ask for it the day after the event. Super disappointed by the service of this business.
