I move fairly often for work. Not sure what’s going on with Wendy’s nowadays, they’re all terrible compared to what they used to be. This particular location tells me they alternate the flavors of their frosties every day. Cool, good luck with that business model. When u pull into that parking lot, that will tell u all u need to know!

Out of Chilli. Frosty machine down. No sugar free drinks in soda machine. Had to wait at counter 4-5 mins after getting food to get napkins as employees seemed lost . My burger was over done. Only positive fries were good

Cause why y'all bread have to be this dry? I threw mines in the trash. I paid $15 for this meal. Came on my lunch break, thinking I'm about to eat good, bit into it, that bread instantly absorbed the saliva from my tongue, been calling y'all and y'all don't answer the phone it rings for a while then hang up. Co workers laughing saying that's why they don't go there because of the stale dry bread. Y'all gotta do better!!! Great customer service but the food need to match their energy.
I went there today 10/12 and used my debit card in the drive thru and the guy gave my card to someone else needless to say the people drove off with my card

“open until 2am” but won’t accept drive thru orders past 10pm. two nights in a row we were told they are only accepting doordash and mobile orders.

Just stopped by Wendy’s for lunch break and my burger tasted like complete vomit, all the veggies on the burger were spoiled and it looked like they tried to cover it up with condiments. If you go to Wendy’s I would highly recommend not getting the Dave’s burgers, on top of all of that they are incapable of answering the phone. Like McDonald’s is better at answering their phones, when it says there’s nothing happy about this meal on the bag for Wednesday Addams they really meant nothing happy about the meal.

Their AC has been out for months, there are barely any workers to assist customers, the employees that are available are so rude, it's ridiculous! I'm guessing they're aggravated because of their work environment! It's so hot in this store. An employee passed out while working, because of heat exhaustion! Do corporations not check on their stores, or employees? You can't sit in the lobby, and eat comfortably! It takes them 25 to 30 minutes to fix your food. It's just ridiculous!
