By far the worst Whataburger I've been to in Texas. Waited 45 minutes for my meal. Even a year ago was the same way. So don't recommend.

This is like the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I scheduled a pick up for 6:00pm. I got there during my scheduled time, but I had to wait 20 minutes in my car for my order. After waiting the 20 minutes, I finally just went in to get my food directly from the counter. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come up to the counter to speak to me. There were about 10 other people also just standing around waiting for their mobile orders. One guy said he had been waiting 30 minutes for his mobile order. The staff cussed out a customer without cause. When I finally got my food, naturally the order was wrong. They were out of ice for the drinks. This place is a disaster and I wouldn't recommend going to this location. Also the food wasnt good.

I just left their place to order in the drive-through if they would’ve asked what method I would be using for payment they would’ve known that I was using my app, but they never gave me the chance. The girl in the drive-through cussed me because I would not give her my phone to take inside to pay with the app. I came inside. The manager stood there and watched her cussed me out and I said are you gonna stand there and let her cuss at me she said I am with another customer right now you can wait, and the girl was still cussing at me This happened today less than five minutes ago.

They are terrible at hiring people theres people that are in a bad situation and they dont care about the employees situation i am willing to work 2 jobs to get back on my feet but they care too much about the restaurant successful rate maybe they should manage the place better and hire more people instead of going with the schedule they said they wouldnt work with my McDonald schedule and only have 10pm or 11pm available wouldnt it be wiser to change the schedule to get more people to work ? But no the hiring manager would just rather lose a hard working person terrible management theres people are kind and caring and understanding managers and this whataburger in nederland texas is not one of them

Terrible wait. I swear to g they take your order for a shake then drive down to sonic and swap the cups. My First time and last time at this location. Save yourself 30 minutes and go to a restaurant and dine in. Probably be cheaper too.
Me and my wife had patty melt and my son had cheese burger, next day morning we all has stomach pain and diarrhea, never go again in whataburger.

I've tried to go here 4 times. I was only able to order once and when I got home the order was all messed up. On top of that old style biscuit with cold eggs sausage and cheese that never melted. The other 3 times I've been there is noone answering at drive thru. Today was no different. No cars in drive thru so after 5 minutes I drove around and went inside. No one at the counter and only 2 customers in the place. This whatabuger just needs to shut down! I will not be back. It's bad enought their taquitos are over priced at all whataburgers and they only use a sliver of a cheese slice now. Done with whataburger, they sold out and are no longer representive to Texas.
The burger I ordered was cold and tasteless.
