I came here yesterday on lunch and ordered a #1 combo with cheese. The burger was good. My fries were old and squishy from sitting. Luckily I tasted the tea before pouring me a whole cup and I ended up getting dr pepper instead because the tea was old and tasted like dead lemons. The cashiers didn't seem to want to be there. I did like Amanda though as she was super sweet and assisted me.

Ordered from Port Arthur after 10pm. Food took a long time and nobody at counter in back. Don't make Whataburger look bad Nederland! Not the first bad experience there and same for others!

Whoever the cook is at night must be new. Made my sandwich just nasty. It was a grilled chicken with bacon, cheese, lettuce & pickles. They slop it up with TOO MUCH mayo and mustard.
