I took a donut cooking class at Sur la Table so I have learned why donuts at some shops are soft and fluffy and at others they are tough and chewy. The dough cannot be rolled out more than twice before the texture gets unpleasant, but many shops roll them out additional times to cut costs.
I do not believe this shop overworks their dough because the donuts are absolutely perfect every time.
I have only two complaints … I do wish they had custard-filled maple bars, and I wish they were open a bit longer. But, I would rather they did a few offerings well than try to offer everything but the donuts are chewy or stale.

I love doughnuts but this place takes it to another level... the filled doughnuts look like cinnabuns but with filling! 😳 you're filling is killing me!! I'm addicted now. The kolache meat is seasoned just right and the bread is doughy. The owner is a hoot, joking with my teen. Coffee is good too! Can wait to fill this addiction again!!

Absolutely the worst donut shop I've ever been in in my life. Ordered a dozen plain glazed and they handed me a dozen holes. The sausage and cheese kolache tasted like it had been in that case a month and was inetable.

My very favorite place for the quality and taste♥️ Love Mike and John’s friendly way with each customer and my Great Grands LOVE the tissue paper balls they greet them with?
Parking: I have never had a problem getting a good parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: A VERY SPECIAL BOND WITH LITTLE CHILDREN! My great grand children love Mike and John and beg to go all the time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp and also have handrails for ones with problems with stairs.

Outstanding donuts and reasonably priced. They also have the best apple fritters I've ever had.
Very disappointed with the ham and cheese kolache. The kolache was nothing but bread with small piece of ham. And even then the ham and cheese inside was VERY dry with no flavor whatsoever. I try to give this place a chance after chance to see if the reviews on here will help any but the kolaches are ALWAYS the same.
