“I would've never found this place on my own if not for a co-worker recommending it to me. Me and my partner made the trip and were floored with how delicious it was.First the waitress recommended the swamp fries, with the first bite it was heaven sent. The taste of umami from the beans and the saltiness from the fries married so well. There's an option for full order or half, the half alone would feed a regular non Texan.My partner ordered the blackened catfish w/fried green tomatoes and I ordered the same but the white rice option.When I tell you the aroma alone was seasoned to the sky, my nose was dancing before the plate hit the table.The fish was so tender and seasoned very well.That etouffee just complimented the fish so well. It put us in silence as we savored every bite of this meal. Just enough spice and just enough salt for me.Our server was amazing as well, she was attentive and oh so friendly to answer all our questions.I will be back until I try the entire menu. If you haven't been or are thinking about it, just take the drive. I promise you won't want to stop eating.Parking: Parking is on a unpaved area, beware of glass/nails or other big trucks running into you if you're in a smaller vehicle.”

The bartender, this really sweet girl (dang it, I wish I caught her name), was totally on top of things and made sure we were all taken care of. “**Update** Still love this place. We ordered their chicken sandwich combo...OMGoodness, delicious and huge! The gumbo and cracklings are always a favorite, and my sons enjoyed the stuffed wings and mac/brisket balls. The brown sugar lemonade is a staple ( add bourbon ?)Just found out about this restaurant, last week, on IG. Had no idea it was so close to home. Great variations of Boudin, the cracklings will have you running back for mooorrreee (made to order) & did I mention the gumbo...oh, let mention the guuuuummmbo!! Great jewel to enjoy.”

“Love the food and atmosphere of this place. The chicken appetizer with the sweet chili sauce was really tasty that I was unable to take the pictures cause we ate them to quickly. Also had the shrimp tempura roll.My friend enjoyed the ramen with the broth. While I had the chicken katshun don (misspelled dish name). The place stayed busy but the food made it worth the wait.”

“Very good barbeque, loved the ribs and the jalapeno sausage. Brisket was a little on the mushy side for my taste, but probably would be great on a sandwich or potato. None of it needed sauce, great flavor profile with just the rub.And that's a good thing because the sauce was a huge disappointment... Too ketchupy for my taste, with a hit of cider vinegar. The sides were similarly underwhelming, beans straight out of the can and Mac and cheese like the lunch lady served you in grade school (mushy noodles and watery cheese)... they could at least throw them in the smoker for a bit and add some rub seasoning!But the star of the show was by far the danged nanna puddin. Heavenly doesn't begin to describe the pillowey, caramel infused creamy goodness that enveloped the vanilla wafers and banana slices. It was somewhere between a custard and a cheesecake, so darn good that I'd almost go to prison for the recipe. Do yourself a favor and get some.Now my last gripe. Parking sucks. Big-time. Don't expect to find a place to part between 11:30am and 1:00pm, this place is packed. I would recommend getting here early if you want some because the crowds come fast and start ordering party platters. We got there at 1030 and by 1115 there was a line out the door.Parking: About 15 spaces. No parking on the street or side street.”

“First time visiting this place. Great experience with the AYCE dinner options. Great, fresh sushi! But make sure you come hungry or else the AYCE won’t be worth it for you or your party. If one person in your party orders AYCE, the entire table must! We will be coming back the next time we’re really hungry for some sushi.”

“The new owners have made this spot great. New windows and doors make the place look more modern and up to par with bars in and around the Houston area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the grumpy bartender. No, hello, no welcome, just "what do you want " food was good despite the cold fries. Other than that, we enjoyed our time while there. Food is always correct & FRESH ! the only problem is the styrofoam Togo boxes. When they put the fried rice, or sweet n sour chicken - it burns the styrofoam and makes the bottom food taste weird (not to mention the chemicals released)Other than the Togo boxes - this place is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant !”

“This is without a doubt the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve visited. I’m a sucker for beef vermicelli and here the noodle are served warm, the beef is marinated to perfection, and the service is superb. The establishment is super clean and the service is immediate. If you e gone to Vietnamese restaurants and thought they were all fairly the same, you have to come and visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Little FYI, I travel from Katy to get to this location.Parking: Plenary of parking. The restaurant faces all the parking spaces”

“Stopped into this busy little spot on my way to the gun show and I was pleasantly surprised I tried the menudo and a barbacoa taco and both items were delicious, the menudo could have been a little hotter temperature wise but the flavor was great. they make their own home-made tortillas both flour and corn. It was like at the corner of the street and we dined in that time.The food quality is much better than your typical Chinese place and place looks and smells decently clean. They do cook the food you order right from the kitchen and serve to you fresh. Food doesn't taste undercooked or too salty and doesn't smell weird as well. It feels balanced and I don't feel too tired or thirsty after the meal.As far as service, we didn't have to wait too long (nor too short) for good food to arrive. So expect "some" wait. Appetizers and drinks came first when ordered and then the main dishes. No problem with the waiter or who helped us and understood what we saying and check on us periodically.Lunch specials are available from 11-3pm.I can imagine this place is a very good take out option as we seen a lot of people come and go here to pick up. You can order online (minimum $18 for delivery) or over the phone based on the front menu I saw.Seems like a very good place to stop by say for lunch or quick bite on a break or something. It's like a simple Café, nothing too large or too crowded, but serves good Chinese food here. Please keep up the good quality of food and service here because that is very appreciated!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was like the other side of the building to be able to have wheelchair access where short distance of travel. Be careful as crossing the streets and there's a ramp and go into restaurant as normal to little to left.There's some space to roll the wheelchair and have a table given with some space, given it's not too crowded.”

“My son and I stop here late at night to grab a bite and I tell you this they are AMAZING! We just went on a vacation to Monterrey NL a week ago and it feels like I’m still there! I took a big bite of the campechana taco that has trompo and bistec plus avocado and mozzarella cheese, we also had the American burger with a side of free delicious charros beans! Is one of the best spots or even the best spot in Rosenberg TX for street food! Everything is fresh on the spot. Would’ve taken a picture but it was tooooo good.”
