Waited 30/45 minutes just to have someone come to our table. Waited another hour just to get our food while others who came after us, got theirs early. Do not recommend. Never again will I support this business.
the first night we went in, the waitstaff was great, very attentive. my family of 6 went in to have dinner. everyone got their food, but when mine came the chicken fried chicken was spoiled. it had a sour taste to it and it smelled horrible. I got a replacement of chicken fried steak which was much better. when telling the kitchen staff, they had attitude (yes, we heard we were sitting by the kitchen) and wasn't happy about it being returned. Very poor service almost seems deliberate. Just a big no from now on. Will not be spending my money here. They need a class in customer service and sadly it wasn’t my first bad experience here but it will definitely be my last.
