“Just had one of the best experiences I've had in a while at The Jay Cafe. From the second we walked in, the service was over the top exceptional. The hostess welcomed us with a smile, our waitress Gabby was fast and super friendly, the busser was so quick. No less than 3 members of the management came by to personally check on us. The food was homemade and very good. The desserts, oh my! Don't skip them! Highly recommend The Jay Cafe. You won't be disappointed.“

“What a unique and awesome find! I have eaten here a few times and it was always good. (We stop by when we ride the motorcycle this way) Today I took a chance and at the liver and onions. BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! Kena was our bartender, she was awesome! Great story teller, very personable. A must stop if you get to the chance!“

“I was working in the area and I looked for top review restaurants and found this neighborhood grill. I stopped in and ordered a burger. It was the best burger I've ever eaten. My son got the chicken and rice and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place.“

“Food is very good, I have had pork Chop, ribeye steak. Both were fantastic. Burger is not bad. My last two visit the waitress has not written our order down. Both times a few things wrong. No cheese on my burger. Forget bacon and jalapeño peppers on my friends. Last visit they forgot our appetizers . It's not waffle house! Write it down .“

“The new owners have made this spot great. New windows and doors make the place look more modern and up to par with bars in and around the Houston area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the grumpy bartender. No, hello, no welcome, just "what do you want " food was good despite the cold fries. Other than that, we enjoyed our time while there. We will be back.“

“Their Cheeseburger basket is so delicious...They're located in Boling Tx y'all. That's in-between Wharton / Iago and Needville.The building is old and could use a touch up, some of the employees are okay and some are great like Miss Susie ☺️ she deserves a big raise ??? she's friendly and is always happy and she can put a smile on your face if you talk with her when you're checking out. She's always been so sweet to my hubby and I and we are glad we know her.“

“Love love love this little hidden jewel. It has some of the best tacos in Ft.Bend. Very authentic Mexican food. I love the Carne Guisada , El Pastor, and beef fajita tacos. The staff is always friendly and food is always hot & fresh. Stop by soon“

“Nice and comfortable but on key days like Sunday it gets too crowded, although in the end they serve you quickly, maybe when you walk inside the place with food you have to be very careful because it gets very crowded, or maybe another child there, but yes, very good.“
