Where does one go to escape the bright lights of Beasley? -right down the road to NeedVEGAS and PUB36! I had a pal pass though Texas yesterday and I met him at the nearby truck stop. Already familiar with your location in Stafford, I could not wait to give this guy a little taste of Texas and you guys did not disappoint. We had frosty beverages, and snacked on a few things (that menu is really impressive) and really did enjoy our fellow customers and Sammii Jo behind the bar...
They have down sized their meals. I ordered the fish basket for dinner. Very little pieces of fish. Was still hungry afterwards. Before, we got large ones. Next I ordered hamburger steak dinner. Very small and flat they hid it with gravy. Before we got a thick steak that was good size. (Same price) I think it’s a shame how consumers get ripped off just about anywhere now. And we are seniors
On this trip, I had gotten a shrimp poor boy. Was to make up my last bad experience, which did not go well at all.The bad thing is you never know what you will get on quality. When it is good, it is good, it . But sometimes it's not so great. Will I go back , yes , but not my go-to place. Sorry. Also, I do hate the fact that when you pay them cash, they round things. So you don't get the exact change back . Have people forgotten to count money
