As a long-time patron of Adobe, I can confidently attest that it remains my top choice for Tex-Mex in New Braunfels. The staff consistently demonstrates a warm and welcoming approach to service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is calming, rendering every meal a delight. Fresh chips and salsa are always served promptly upon seating, and the staff regularly checks in to ensure our needs are met. The menu showcases a variety of fresh food and drink options. Additionally, Adobe provides a private room for large events and a bar area.

Thank you Adobe Cafe, New Braunfels, I had visitors this weekend and we had supper there Thursday night and again Saturday night, that's how much they loved your restaurant. Our Luck we had the same waitress both days and her service was out of the world. Thank you entertaining my guest Pete

Adobe never disappoints. We are loyal patrons for 39+ years… love this authentic Mexican food restaurant. Great traditional Mexican food. We eat here frequently today I had the shrimp tacos and grilled veggies. Exceptional! Service and atmosphere were excellent,! We will be back.

Tatum our server was excellent. I feel the prices are a little high for some of the food items.

I eat a lot of different Mexican food and honestly this is probably some of the best I’ve ever had. The salsa is delicious and the flour tortillas are so fluffy and soft. Highly highly recommend!

I always order the same fajita salad. And decided to get to go. And there was so little chicken. No tomatoes. Just full of lettuce and small Amt of chicken Everyone is always super nice Disappointed.

I think our server's name was Audrey....she was so patient and friendly, as we were a party of 10. Our order was served very quickly and she was on spot with all of our requests. The only thing I might suggest is that you take reservations...it states on Facebook that you do, but when we attempted to do so, we were told you do not.

This time we visited with out of town family. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We love the fact that your chips and salsa are always fresh. We love the service staff in the bar who are always anticipating our needs. We love the vegetarian options. We just plain love the Adobe Cafe and only wish you'd open an outpost closer to us in Spring Branch/Bulverde.

This is the best places to eat Mexican food . Owner and staff are amazing . Very professional and polite. A+ service and very comfortable to dine in. You won’t be disappointed to eat here with you and your family.
