As a long-time patron of Adobe, I can confidently attest that it remains my top choice for Tex-Mex in New Braunfels. The staff consistently demonstrates a warm and welcoming approach to service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is calming, rendering every meal a delight. Fresh chips and salsa are always served promptly upon seating, and the staff regularly checks in to ensure our needs are met. The menu showcases a variety of fresh food and drink options. Additionally, Adobe provides a private room for large events and a bar area.

Thank you Adobe Cafe, New Braunfels, I had visitors this weekend and we had supper there Thursday night and again Saturday night, that's how much they loved your restaurant. Our Luck we had the same waitress both days and her service was out of the world. Thank you entertaining my guest Pete

Friendly service. Great chips and salsa nice selection of food. I always think this is a good choice when a new Braunfels.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Been here before and had good food & drinks. We had chicken and beef tacos and a margarita. They looked like bad dog food and smelled even worse. The chicken tacos had American cheese on them and there was NO cheese at all on the beef tacos. The margarita tasted like sugar water and was served in a tall skinny glass. We only ate 2 out of 4 tacos and none of the side beans and rice. It was so bad that we didn't even take anything home for the dogs.

My favorite and can’t get enough of is the Honey Chipotle Carnitas Fajitas.

Adobe never disappoints. We are loyal patrons for 39+ years… love this authentic Mexican food restaurant. Great traditional Mexican food. We eat here frequently today I had the shrimp tacos and grilled veggies. Exceptional! Service and atmosphere were excellent,! We will be back.

Tatum our server was excellent. I feel the prices are a little high for some of the food items.

I eat a lot of different Mexican food and honestly this is probably some of the best I’ve ever had. The salsa is delicious and the flour tortillas are so fluffy and soft. Highly highly recommend!

Love this place! Everyone is always friendly, personable and professional. The food is excellent and consistantly so. Drinks are great! Reasonable prices round out this dining experience.

Excellent service at the bar! Quick and friendly bartender and food came our quick for our dinner - super happy and we will he back!
