The food was great! We really enjoyed the shrimp enchiladas and my husband loved his Paloma. We will definitely be back!

Worst ceviche I have ever had. No flavor. No spice. Service was awful but not his fault, just understaffed and over worked. No clean bowls to bring salsa with chips. Took an hour to get water.

FYI to Everyone,
It now called Tacos & Tequila
Highly recommend this place. Everyone there was Top Knotch.
We had the Mahi Mahi Tacos. Fantastic. This is going to be our new Go To place. We just moved here from South Padre Island Texas for a new Job

'Adobe Verde' is no longer in business. The location is now 'Tacos and Tequila '.
Food not as good as it was before it became Taco something. I don't think I will return. Very pricey too

I ordered a glass doctor pepper and they gave me a glass that tasted like tequila
Music Sounded like a college dance club, waiters and waitresses standing around in groups of 3,5,7 and don’t move when customers are walking by. Cell phones are used. Way too many wait staff . Unusual activity going on in the men’s bathroom. Coming and going amongst waiters. Fajitas were good, a bit chewy! Our waitress was super nice, but disappeared at times. There’s were at least 13 wait staff and standing around talking and I saw only our waitress working inside. Just a weird vibe with all of them just standing around. Previous restaurant owner here.

It was an interesting take on traditional Mexican cuisine. The beans were really good! I had the chicken Birria Tacos. Usually they are beef. We were not fans of the salsa, but the queso was great!
Drinks were also really good. We had a Paloma and skinny margarita.
The atmosphere was exactly to my liking; the music, seating, decor and layout! There wasn't many people there when I went, so that made it more enjoyable with not having to wait! Service was great! Evelyn was my waitress and she was very kind and gave opinions of the food options. I ended up ordering just the cheese enchiladas and they were good. Too cheesy for my liking, but overall, I'd recommend.
Oscar was super fast with his severice. It's an excellent service that I look for in a restaurant, and then the food comes second, which was amazing.
Food and service was great, as always. Thank you Evelyn for being a very attentive waitress. We'll definitely be back!
The new ownership in this restaurant or top notch, highly recommend.
