Super clean dining room. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Mens restroom was remarkably clean. Served fresh items, (not from under a heat lamp).

Hellooooo every one,

Arby's is the worst place as a fast food place I have ever been to. Let me tell you why. I never do drive in order because it has never been my thing and I'm just too nervous to order. I would rather order via doordash, or GrubHub or something similar. In this case I should have gone inside maybe it would have been different. Anyways, only reason why I went to Arby's was order my little brother some food so he could eat at school and not feel left out. Other parents bring their children food to the school so they could enjoy so why not him just this once in passing. So me driving in to the drive thru lady says take your time and let us know when you're ready to order, which I truly appreciated and it gave me time to look at the menu. I ordered a hamburger and curly fries as a meal with the new meat that Arby's which now has and it's not worth ordering at ALL that also came as a meal. The woman then asked me to go to the second window which I did, that's where I paid and handed me the two drinks, then asked me to go park in the parking lot which I did. Then I sat there in my car for a good 15-20 minutes waiting. Mind you this is at 9 am and the place is not packed and there's barely anybody there to be that busy. McDonald's is wayyyy busier than them and I still get my good fairly quickly despite being packed.

To top it all, what frustrated me even more was the customer service. If she had said thank and I apologize for the wait time I wouldn't have been angry. But noooo she looked angry and handed me my food and the other lady just stared me down as if I had a problem with her.

It baffled me how people are. As in you have a job why don't you treat others right. At the end of the day, make what you are doing something that you enjoy otherwise find yourself another job instead of being miserable at it and the atmosphere around you is also miserable.

Most Backwards IRRITATING policy i have ever experienced. I was the only vehicle the drive through, and after I paid, they asked me to circle to the front which I disagreed with, because two prior two visits to this location The staff took excessive time to walk my food out, and in some instances, even got it wrong. So being the only car right in the drive through, I was wondering why I was being directed to pull forward, and the shift manager said something to the extent of we are being monitored. On time frames, which I thought it was pretty ridiculous. Because the manager and/or owner should care more about customer satisfaction, then irritating, they're customers.
It made no sense because I was the only car in the drive through. And they should just gave me my food quickly through the window, instead of having me drive down. To the parking lot and excessively, wait for my food
