They let you know if your food will take longer than 5 minutes, really great! I usually get a number 7 with their milkshake and the food is amazing!

The flies are ridiculous. They buzz around you and your food... it gross can't help but think about all the garbage they sat in before landing on my beef and cheddar...ewwe.

Food poisoning. Threw up few hours later after eating the cheese sticks and poppers. Disgusting. Now I will never go back there. Spent 43$ for me to throw up theor food.

Got a Buffalo chicken sandwich.One of the sandwichs had raw chicken in the center of it. The eating area was very cold. This is the first time we have eaten at Arby's in a long time but it will be the last time.
Soo very disappointed today!!We waited at least 30 min to get our food for carry out!! Not to mention the itching/scratching of their faces - flipping their hair! YUCK!!FYI - young kids have no direction!Pay attention Arby's!

I ordered two of the new promotional meals that were being offered. Burger, fries, shake. Only to arrive and discover the shake machine is "broken" and then to be offered an apple turnover to solve the problem? I can't drink an apple turnover. I need the $4.00+ per meal refunded. My meal is no longer valued at 14 dollars when you eliminate 1/3 of the entire reason I ordered from you in the first place. This promotion started on the 13th. Seems like you should have systems in place to avoid butchering your newest rollout. I chose to ignore previous negative reviews in regards to the staff and overall experience at this location but I won't be making that mistake again. I cannot wait to receive the generic copy paste response to this review to help me feel better about my negative experience.
