This BR 31 Flav has Excellent Inventory...nothing is empty: Great inventory management. Employees are always friendly, efficient, on the ball, and no employee cheats on the size of the scoops: HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WALNUT AVE - NB LOCATION!!

I could not believe how very expensive everything was. It had been high before, but this week it was ridiculous. We bought nothing!!!

You guys should really learn how to treat your customers with respect. I was buying two jugs of sweet tea and then a lady accused me of stealing and made a whole scene when there was nothing inside my purse. I don’t know how many times they do this, for sure racially profiled here. That was a first.

We arrived at this location at 9:30 PM. One employee was cleaning, while another lady asked us to wait as she cleaned the restroom. We waited about 10 minutes to place our order and then another 10 minutes for it to be prepared. At 9:57 PM, she informed the customers that they were closing and reminded us that they close at 10 PM.

I understand it was close to closing time, but we were already inside. I had no intention of taking advantage of the situation, but what bothered me was that they chose to focus on other tasks instead of serving customers. Making a banana split seemed like a hassle for them. My daughter had just won her softball game and was really excited to enjoy a dessert.

When we finally headed out the door at 10 PM, she turned off the lights before we could leave. Overall, the service was terrible. I was there 4/17/2025 Incase y'all need to check the schedule.

My family and I love ice cream and we always look forward to our trips to Baskin-Robbins here in New Braunfels! The ice cream is always delicious and the staff is amazing!

Called asking about if they had something in stock and they didn’t but was pleasantly surprised when they offered to order it for and keep it on hand in the back for me. Even gave directions to another location to see if they might have it. Unbelievably friendly and positive attitude!

Hard to go wrong with an ice cream spot.
The cakes they make for holidays are great and the service is good.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to look around and see all the flavors

Wheelchair accessibility: Large door, unobstructed, swings outward and very small transition to get through the doorway.

Amazing Mocha Cappuccino Blast, people were very nice.

I usually buy quarts of Jamoca and they pack them firmly. This time I read quarts are 1lb. 8oz.So I buy it. When my wife notices the quarts not packed and definitely not 24oz. But rather 17 oz. ?Unhappy wife Unhappy life!!
