So excited to have paid for something I didn't get. Seriously how can someone serve a shake to someone and have it not even be full. As far as the rest of the experience I could have made the shake faster myself, including milking the cow. The service sucked both women had the personality of a straw wrapper and were less useful. I don't advise visiting this location. And if I were the owner I would fire both employees as they suck. They could at minimum use some coaching. Amanda should be coached on properly making shakes. Both Fawn and Amanda need to be coached on customer service at least fake a smile, say hello, and pretend to care while working quickly. 100% would not recommend.

The ice cream obviously tastes as you'd expect if you have ever had Baskin Robin's. This review is based on the service and atmosphere. Slow doesn't beging to describe the speed that they operate. Went in for 2 milk shakes mid afternoon and by the time we got out, with only 1 customer ahead of us, it was basically dinner time. The large milk shakes were both more than an inch from the top when we got them. We paid for large and got mediums at best. The location on walnut would have served 10 guests in this time. The girl who helped us couldn't communicate and was probably really new. The older lady (manager maybe?) had a serious case of rbf and couldn't even pretend to be friendly for the sake of business. I'll drive across town next time. They're much better there.

The worst costumer service. I waited about 10 minutes, and the girl with the AirPods on it never help; she preferred to keep looking at her phone. I hope the owners check the cameras and the service.

This store needs to be seriously checked out. Guy working the counter was extremely rude and I think the ice cream was old because it was not good at all. Very disappointed in our visit. I had high hopes but I won't be going back.

Ridiculous store! They were out of multiple ice cream flavors, and they don’t have any waffle bowls even though they had it as an item on the menu?!?! Worst BR ever.

WARNING: do NOT order a cake here.I ordered a birthday ice cream cake here, and called 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to check on the cake, as I had not received a confirmation text. The employee who answered couldn't find my cake, so Sealynn took over the call and assured me my cake was being made at another store, but would be at the original pick up store on time.I waited 1.5 hours from the time of my call to go get my cake. It was still nowhere to be found. I called around to the local Baskin Robbins in the area, and no one had my cake.Sealynn was nice and offered a cake from the freezer, which I declined, since the cakes were all dated from January, cracked, dried out, and looked plain gross. She also gave me the number for the person who manages the cakes, and that person never got back to me. I was assured that I would get a call back once my cake arrived to the store. I never got a call. I tried calling the store 2 more times later in the day, and no one answered my calls.The reason I'm giving 1 star is because of Sealynn and her help, otherwise, this was a really crummy experience and now we have no birthday cake for our celebration.

We just went to get an ice cream and the girl was working there I guess she didn’t want to be there, she just placed the ice cream on top of the cone without doing it right, so guess what happened? After we left my son ice cream end up on the street. If I could give it a 0 I would. Just waist my money tonight in that ice cream shop.
