WARNING: do NOT order a cake here.I ordered a birthday ice cream cake here, and called 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to check on the cake, as I had not received a confirmation text. The employee who answered couldn't find my cake, so Sealynn took over the call and assured me my cake was being made at another store, but would be at the original pick up store on time.I waited 1.5 hours from the time of my call to go get my cake. It was still nowhere to be found. I called around to the local Baskin Robbins in the area, and no one had my cake.Sealynn was nice and offered a cake from the freezer, which I declined, since the cakes were all dated from January, cracked, dried out, and looked plain gross. She also gave me the number for the person who manages the cakes, and that person never got back to me. I was assured that I would get a call back once my cake arrived to the store. I never got a call. I tried calling the store 2 more times later in the day, and no one answered my calls.The reason I'm giving 1 star is because of Sealynn and her help, otherwise, this was a really crummy experience and now we have no birthday cake for our celebration.

We just went to get an ice cream and the girl was working there I guess she didn’t want to be there, she just placed the ice cream on top of the cone without doing it right, so guess what happened? After we left my son ice cream end up on the street. If I could give it a 0 I would. Just waist my money tonight in that ice cream shop.

Fail. Asked for 1 scoop with hot fudge in a bowl. Fudge put all on the 1 side of the ice cream. And not friendly at all. Go 2 doors down to orange leaf instead.

Prices are higher then the location on walnut.Walnut location 2 quarts ice cream $11.9946 location next to HEB 2 quarts ice cream $14.99Manager was also very rude to my wife.

8/1/23 showed up at 8:30pm doors were locked. Employees were inside cleaning. We walked away, then turned around to see what time they closed. They closed at nine employee proceeded to say the drive-through was open. Went through the drive-through not 31 flavors may be eight and out of sugar cones who runs out of that many ice creams very disappointing

Love Baskin Robbins.... unfortunately one thing I have to say is that they have messed up the chocolate chip ice cream it's not what it used to be now if it feels like it's smooshed Oreo cookies I don't like the new chocolate chip anymore. it used to be like some CHOCOLATE CHIPS ?. Same as the mint chocolate chip ice-cream is how it used to be. Please fix it. No issues with the store at all. OH, Steale sugar cone?♂️.. Throw it out and get fresh ones.

We’ve always gone to this location but lately the service has gotten worse. The lady gave the tiniest scoops. Actually I wouldn’t even call it a scoop, more like ice cream shavings. Super disappointed.
