I have ordered here many times, but last night I ordered the bake potato and soup, it was excellent, the baked potato was cooked to perfection, and I was provided with lots of butter, sour cream and cheese. The soup was excellent, will order this again, my food is delivered and they always provide napkins and utensils, etc. I live near several BBQ places, but this is the best, thank you.
I don't know if it was just a bad day or if it's normal. But the barbecue chicken was definitely not good. And awfully dry. The rest of the food we had was adequate, not the greatest, not the worst. The staff was very nice in accommodating, and the people who had the fried chicken loved their fried chicken.
In the new braunfels store they never pay attention to the front counter serving the food they're always in the back and never around.. I believe bill miller's employee needs to take a chick.Fil class to learn good customer service.I have told the managers of these stores about that and they look at me like i'm stupid.. Try to keep the worker that are working the counter serving food in that area at all times . And some managers are lazy, they don't even want...
