Lettuce was old, salad gave me stomach ache, this location Has always had food quality issues since it opened during COVID.

World’s tiniest tenders . More breading than chicken inside . Fries were soggy and noticed the price increase.

Bill Millers seems to be losing some quality recently. I frequently visit both New Braunfels locations and both seem to be going down. The brisket I had at this location (IH35 and Rueckle Rd.) tasted ok; however some bits were tougher and almost gristlely in texture. The green beans were great as usual and the potato salad was good as well.
The dinning room was a little on the messy side, with a few tables that had yet to be cleaned. They did seem to be short staffed however too. The staff were friendly though and helpful. If I visit again soon, I’ll take some pics of the stuff so you can see for yourself.

Parking: Plenty of parking for bigger trucks.

So ridiculous! We went at a non-busy hour. There was no line, and they still couldn’t get our order right. We didn’t receive our sides. We didn’t receive the desserts we paid for. I’m astounded that the manager (Christian) thinks that the only way to make it right is to have us drive back to pick them up. That would be a waste of my time and gas to fix your mistake, and I fully expected to speak to someone who sincerely understands our frustration. I asked if he would replace mine and my husband’s sandwiches for the next visit and he said no. I don’t think it’s much to ask that we enjoy our full meal as opposed to pieces of it at different times of the day.

Make sure to always check your orders before driving away if you go for takeout. Upon arriving home my order was missing multiple sides from multiple regular plates that I ordered.

I order the the stew with rice. I get home and check my order and no rice!! Both places here New Braunfels always screw up my orders!!!

I order taco's in the drive thru on Sunday. My total was $15.43. I paid with my card and later checked and I was charged 3 times plus another $1.06 for knows what. They said it was a problem with their credit card company. Here it is Monday evening and still has not been resolved! Plus I got sick on the food that I ordered. So I was charged $47.35 for 4 taco's and 2 drinks.

The thing is, is that i do not understand! Why do I need to reach out to my bank when it is your credit card system that is not working correctly?

Got food poisoning from the under cooked bacon off my breakfast taco.

Got there late walked over from truck stop food was great ppl were friendly the brownie I got for dessert I took home my wife ate 5 days later and loved it.

It’s so frustrating when you order food and don’t get everything you paid for! You spend your money, get home, and realize something’s missing. It feels like being robbed!!!

Asked to have cowboy breakfast bagged and not in a tray as I walk with a cane. Was told ok. Nope, still in a tray. Could it be because I chose to wait at window a minute for the biscuit instead of pulling in front to wait?
Not a good place to go if you have a handicap request.

I have ordered the fried chicken twice now and asked for gravy with it and they have not given it to me either time, please get y'all's stuff together it is very annoying

If u ask for water with ur meal, u are charged .55 cents for a water that is considered large. They don’t tell u that there is a charge. You think it would be free to make up for the awful fatty brisket
