Hannah the manager had bad attitude this morning instead of making the customer Happy she made them upset and instead of correcting it she couldn't make it work so she walk away not coming to this one anymore for now ... this is sad cause I've never had an issue till now ...

This morning I dined in at this location (unfortunately I have no pictures due to my tight schedule) I ordered 3 bean and cheese tacos with two bacons each and one sweet tea. Short and sweet interactions with the staff who were quick to make the food and tidied up the tables quickly. The food was fantastic! They stuffed my tacos and they were fresh and hot! I haven’t gone in many years for breakfast or lunch but this re kindled my desire to go back to this location for a larger meal! I know this might be a simple breakfast but it really started my day right!

Not the worst BBQ I’ve ever had but definitely not great. Keep in mind if you order brisket you’ll have to ask them not to put sauce on it if you like it without otherwise they’ll just put their sauce on it and it is not good

Bill Miller Bar-B-Q has delicious breakfast tacos. We ordered 6 Bacon,Egg, & Cheese for the family. They were fabulous. Customer Service was wonderful very helpful and friendly. The drive thru was wonderful it was very busy but they were quick with the orders. For 6 tacos it was less than $20 .

Lettuce was old, salad gave me stomach ache, this location Has always had food quality issues since it opened during COVID.

World’s tiniest tenders . More breading than chicken inside . Fries were soggy and noticed the price increase.

Bill Millers seems to be losing some quality recently. I frequently visit both New Braunfels locations and both seem to be going down. The brisket I had at this location (IH35 and Rueckle Rd.) tasted ok; however some bits were tougher and almost gristlely in texture. The green beans were great as usual and the potato salad was good as well.
The dinning room was a little on the messy side, with a few tables that had yet to be cleaned. They did seem to be short staffed however too. The staff were friendly though and helpful. If I visit again soon, I’ll take some pics of the stuff so you can see for yourself.

Parking: Plenty of parking for bigger trucks.

So ridiculous! We went at a non-busy hour. There was no line, and they still couldn’t get our order right. We didn’t receive our sides. We didn’t receive the desserts we paid for. I’m astounded that the manager (Christian) thinks that the only way to make it right is to have us drive back to pick them up. That would be a waste of my time and gas to fix your mistake, and I fully expected to speak to someone who sincerely understands our frustration. I asked if he would replace mine and my husband’s sandwiches for the next visit and he said no. I don’t think it’s much to ask that we enjoy our full meal as opposed to pieces of it at different times of the day.
