Bill Millers seems to be losing some quality recently. I frequently visit both New Braunfels locations and both seem to be going down. The brisket I had at this location (IH35 and Rueckle Rd.) tasted ok; however some bits were tougher and almost gristlely in texture. The green beans were great as usual and the potato salad was good as well.
The dinning room was a little on the messy side, with a few tables that had yet to be cleaned. They did seem to be short staffed...

Very very loud! Impossible to have a conversation - which means to me "don't come on Sunday after church". Maybe it's better on other days. The food was as expected - adequately good for what it is. The service was good. Atmosphere was sloppy.

I got the wrong order in the drive thru and I even asked the girl if that was my order because she sounded confused and she said yes. Nope but it’s ok I like dark meat just wanted sweet tea instead of unsweet.
