Wasn’t super impressed with waitress, she seemed new. Had to ask another waitress for a fork so I could eat my food because she’d been gone for ages and didn’t wanna wait any longer only to find out my wings were cold and sauce tasted like cardboard or dirt. I couldn’t even make a complaint because she was gone for the entirety of the time and never checked in. Definitely don’t recommend.

Wanted wings for dinner. We arrive and are sat immediately at a dirty table. We ask for it to be cleaned and a server wipes it with a wet towel and walks away with the trash still on the table. Decided to eat somewhere else.

Placed an online order, got to the store and they tell me my order got stolen, didn’t even bother to just start a new one, they tell me to wait didn’t even apologize, it’s been over an hour and my order still not ready, save your time and go somewhere else customer service sucks here

Id probably get better service or you offered self service. I've been standing here 17 minutes and still not one person has come to help. It's sad to say I get more help at walmart when I need it than here . WALMART!
Went to eat there today .. and I was very disappointed my server I don’t know her name she didn’t even bother to say it .. or “hey how are u doing today my name is I’ll be your server” we come eat here Almost all the time it’s the best Wings out there .. but she made us feel very just Not okay she had a attitude Took long to check on us out food was cold . When we were ready to check out she just took the card like nothing didn’t even bother to let me tell her I have REWARDS !! honestly She ruined our whole meal. Idk her name but she had long hair And had a spider or spider web tattoo on her elbow. We’ve just never had a server be so mean before honestly . Now I don’t even get point bc she just didn’t bother letting me ask or ask her .

Went and walked in after a concert cause it was the only place around d open late and needed a few drinks, and let me tell you, this was by far the best fun I've had in a lo g tome especially at a Buffalo 🐃's... really really amazing time and service was amazing. Great Shots also!!!

Our server Chris was hand down one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time he had impeccable timing! The kids painted pumpkins while we munched on our appetizers and when the food came out we had to Pry the pumpkins out of their hands. Haven’t had that much family fun at a restaurant in a while.
