Waited in drive over 20 min just to be given the wrong order. Then pulled ahead and waited for what I did order. When I got it they still had made it completely wrong. Quality is clearly real high on their list here.

Slowest restaurant in New Braunfels. Drive-thru wait time is typically 15-30 minutes. Often out of key ingredients. Food never tastes fresh. Customization requests are frequently ignored. Location is terrible due to traffic. Amazing this place hasn’t been closed down yet.

They were severely understaffed and yet went out of there way to get things out with drive customers in the wake. The order was correct and they still took the time to ask if I needed anything else!

How can you not love a Texas double whopper?! Hello!!! Need a reminder what all it's got? Well, here ya go... 2 meats, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, "except on mine" jalapeños, on a sesame bun! Oh, and the fries, love the fries... they ain't no thin fries.

Don't know about the food, but sat at the drive thru for 8 minutes and just kept being told give me a moment. We ended up leaving and going to a different BK, unacceptable for a fast food restaurant, will definitely be avoiding it in the future.

The app here shows them busy as they get. I am in drive through behind ONE other vehicle. There is no one inside at all.Took more than five minutes of me on open mic with the employee to be asked for my order. Then the 20+ minute wait for a whopper no onion.I actually asked why it was so slow and the manager told me that her boss decided to come do an audit right now. Like I had done something wrong by asking!I don’t know how this place stays in business.Information on who runs the franchise is blank on the signs.I asked for contact info and was given no information.Shonaz she says is the franchise owner but she has no pen to write this down for me andMelinda is the boss who came to do the audit but she conveniently just left. Manager tells me it is hard to keep good employees there when they only pay 10 bucks an hour. The number that she offers me is the one on the receipt that rings to the store.Brown slimy lettuceAmazing!

I hadn't been to a Burger King in ages. I came today and ordered the number 2, after 2 bites the bread fell apart and everything spilled out. Now I know why I haven't been here and will never set food in one again.

1 star for the MIA manager, 5 stars for the crew. I stopped in on Saturday at 3:30. 3 people were working really hard, a lady customer was yelling at the young cashier and wanted to speak to the manager. The manager was not in the store. Apparently, she/he just left the restaurant with no explanation, leaving 3 16 year olds alone in the building to run the busy shift. No one else was there to help them. All the teens did a great job. Someone should fire the imaginary manager .
