Waited over 20 minutes for room temperature burgers. The place wasn't busy at all and I had go up to the counter to ask for my order. The only other customers in the place ordered before we got there and I watched them dig through the trash for their receipt to find their order number so they could ask if their order was ready. Nobody cared that customers were opening and digging in the trash. Nobody seemed to care about anything. I know this isn't fine dining, but it was amazing how slow and careless the staff were.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. Not a chicken jerky sandwich. It was cold, and not fresh. Heck even the fries were cold. Too late at night and didn’t feel like going back after a late shift at the hospital. So I threw it away. I knew I should’ve gone to McDonald’s.

We were very happy with our order, the food was hot and delicious as we requested fresh hot fries and the burger was very delicious and steamy, service from cashier lady was great and she answered all our questions regarding our meal, place was very clean and conveniently located by the freeway. We will make sure to map this location for next visit. Our fam is very observant of the cleanliness, of restaurants, and that was our first impression on this location. ❤️ we will be back!!

Great location for a Burger King! Right next to a gas station is a great place to have one. The inside and outside looks really good. I like the brick look. I like the 80s feel. It honestly has a vibe like Stranger Things, but in a restaurant.

Literally just tried to get food and will never come back to this location because of the people they allow at the window. Not only were there zero people in line or in the parking lot & the man still had me wait, but when he comes on the speaker he tells me the drinks they don’t have available & how the lemonades will cost more. I said okay that’s fine & he seemed beyond irritated that I’m actually going to order food. In his annoyance says “so what do you want” when I had told him my order prior. You don’t have to have the most upbeat & friendliest personality. You don’t even have to love your job but damn does it kill anyone to be kind?? It’s what separates other fast food restaurants from each other sometimes - the service or politeness of employees. If you’re having a bad day or piss poor attitude, maybe don’t be in drive thru? Especially when no one is being rude to you!

Avery has good customer service. One of the better burger kings ive been too. Sometimes they mess things up but its to be expected with fast food.

Had an issue today. Manager handled it very promptly, and professionally. Things happen. Great when businesses own up to mistakes and take corrective action, which she did. Always go this location, and will continue to do so.
