Butcher Boy is our go to Mexican restaurant. My husband loves the menudo and barbacoa. My favorite dish is cheese enchilada although every once in awhile I order crispy tacos or chicken fajitas and they are just as good. Butcher Boy cooks must sprinkle fairy dust on their food....everything is DELICIOUS.
