A week before my wedding and she will not respond to me. I put down a deposit and now I’m out that money and have no cake for my wedding in a week. Do not use her and please help by reporting this account as a fraud.

She took my sisters deposit and then left her with nothing and no response days before her wedding 😭

***I AM MAKING THIS POST SO NOBODY EVER HAS TO DEAL WITH WHAT WE DID*** I ordered my wedding cake from Danielle and put down half of the price of the cake (over $400). Fast forward to three weeks before my wedding and she wasn’t answering any calls/texts/DM’s/etc. Since then, it’s been about three months, I haven’t received my money back and I haven’t heard from her. DO NOT ORDER ANY CAKES PLEASE!!!

This lady is a fraud, she took my $200 deposit and then went MIA. Don’t use her!

Do not fall for it. It’s a scam. She takes the deposit, cuts off all communication, blocks you on FB and your money is as good as gone the moment you send it.Went to her house to try and pick up on the day of the event and there was a sheriff notice for her on the door.

We hired Danielle to do our wedding cake and I can’t believe how amazing it turned out!! My now husband is not a dessert guy and we were struggling to find a flavor he thought he would enjoy. We did a tasting with Danielle and he DEVOURED all 4 flavors in one sitting. Not only was the cake the best freaking carrot cake we have ever had, it was also beautiful. You will not find a better person for your cake needs.

Danielle made us a beautiful German chocolate cake for my daughter's engagement party. It was ready on time and it was so delicious!!

I bought a cake for my dad's 60th birthday and WE ALL LOVED IT! Danielle is so sweet! We got a Puerto Rican cake that had a lot of fondant pieces and she captured everything! I got the coconut and strawberry flavor cake and it was so moist! I highly recommend! I will order again! Thank you!!

We ordered our sons birthday cake from cakes by Danielle. It was a monster truck theme and Oh my goodness it was perfect! From ordering with her till the end, when picking up. We absolutely loved our cake it was exactly how we wanted it. She was very sweet and understanding when placing order and very professional. All the party loved the cake and it was sooo delicious! I’m not a big cake fan due to other people making it horribly sweet but this cake was so good and perfect. There’s always so much cake left over after our parties but this time I’m happy to say there was none! Everyone loved it and complimented how good was. Very moist, fresh tasting and not too sweet. It was perfect. I’d definitely recommend her. Will be ordering my cakes from her. Glad I came across her online ????

Wonderful experience ordering from Cakes By Danielle, from start to finish she was responsive thorough so sweet and so accommodating for all my requests! She delivered quality service and her work is gorgeous and absolutely delicious! Definitely recommended!

I’ve ordered 2 cakes and both were beautiful and delicious. She was great with communicating my choices and pricing. I will definitely be ordering from her in the future and suggest her to all my family and friends.

My family had a very disappointing experience. I sent Danielle a picture of exactly what I wanted for my sons 5th birthday so there wouldn’t be any miscommunication of what we wanted. I ordered it over a month in advance and paid in full before I was expected too. The receipt showed the pick up date on the specific day of the party (which was the correct date). Unfortunately, the day of the week corresponding to the correct date was wrong. I was not concerned about the day of the week as the actual date was indeed correct. Long story short the cake was not ready on the date of the party. She was tracking picking it up the following day as the day of the week on the receipt showed not the actual date of the party (which showed correctly). She text me and said she would refund me my deposit, which never happen. When I asked about the refund she said there was not going to be a refund and she would meet us at the party with a cake. It was not the cake I was promised on the “contract” and I was never refunded any of the $390 I paid. The cake was rushed and looked it. I would have been happy refunding me the money and grabbing a quick cake on the way to the party but she insisted on bringing a different cake to the party. The cake arrived 30 minutes before the party ended, just in time to sing happy birthday and cut it, I wanted it for the focal point of the birthday. I sent a long e mail expressing my concern and dissatisfaction which ended up turning into excuses and offering me $50 off of an order of $200. I won’t be ordering there again, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The cake I received was not worth $390.
