There was a poop on the floor. Someone mopped it into one pile and left the pile there for a long time, long enough for the juices to come out from the poop. There was also poop smeared all over entry rug. This was so disgusting im incredibly ill and it’s even more disgusting that customers were dining in next to the poop. Very strange behavior from all parties involved…..

Not quite sure how I ended up with Jordan's food when on the bag it clearly had the name Gary on it! Drove all the way home to find out its not our food.. oh and its not Haydens fault.. she took my order, it was the manager or assistant manager who I watched put the food in the bag..

I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years, but lately the sandwich sizes have gotten noticeably smaller. The “shrinkflation” is real, and it’s disappointing to see portions reduced while prices stay the same or rise. The food still tastes good, but I can’t justify supporting a business that keeps giving customers less for more. Unless things change, I won’t be returning.

I went for breakfast and there were 3 cars in front of me. By the time the attendant came to my window it was 10:33 am! She told me they stop breakfast at 10:30! She still would not let me order breakfast. Poor service!

Ordered chicken nuggets. Bit into one and it was bloody red raw on the inside. Normally this location is really good but that is unacceptable. Couldn't finish the rest of my meal I was so grossed out

I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! I placed a pretty big $30 order and the staff was so patient and kind the whole time. I want to give a special shout-out to Skylar (I hope I spelled your name right! 😬) and Leila they were both incredibly sweet, helpful, and so patient with me.
I’m pretty positive when it comes to this place. The service was actually horrible this time. I guess it was an off day for the employees. I get but I expected more especially when it comes to manners & courtesy.
