This is NOT your regular standard Chick-fil-A that you will expected. No warm and friendly greetings. It makes you feel super uncomfortable. I was standing at the counter and no one says hi or something. There were at least 5 or 6 people behind the counter. For sure I am not going back and very disappointed 😕. Instructions where to park is bad. Confusing

Last week Bailey and Emily did a huge favor for this pregnant mama in the drive-thru line. I will always be forever grateful of them going above and beyond !

Says right on the bag the sauces we ordered… still didn’t receive any sauce. This is the second time this location has done this

First off when walking in to pick up my mobile order it still had not been ready beside it being past the 4-7 min est wait time, and no other customers in lobby or drive thru. Second missed my sandwhich and had to turn around and go all the way back to where they then question to go through the bag thinking i’m lying and walk all the way to my truck where my mother was and searched the bag and asked 3 times what the missing item was. A big waste of my time for one sandwhich.

Had the pleasure of being served by Max through drive-through today and he was so genuine and sweet. I definitely want to acknowledge that I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years and everybody’s always so sweet but Max actually went out of his way for us today so thank you Max!

One word. Karley. She is so incredibly rude, and don’t think this young lady should be a manager. Think twice before promoting people, sheesh.

Edit: I am absolutely not reaching out to whoever replied to my review. Tell the owners the girl has been short, rolled her eyes at me, and has overall been just so rude. Enjoy your 1 star review because of your poor choice to promote the WRONG kids.
