Chick-fil-A WestPointe Village

Really disappointed, first (and last) time for this location:
-order taker watched me struggling taking three drinks to my table, no offer of tray or help
-ordered sandwich with no pickles. Sandwich bag reads no pickles as requested yet pickles were on sandwich (see picture)
-granddaughter spilled her oj. I asked for rag/help cleaning up so I wouldn’t use a ton of napkins. Their only concern was a caution sign for liquid under table
-only hand sanitizer near play area not accessible (see picture)
-staff put a chair next to mine when cleaning, effectively blocking me in my seat

My review is based very much on the parking/drive thru situation. I thought Walnut location was bad, but my gosh this location takes the cake. If you park- you can’t get out because they zig zag the drive thru line right behind the cars parked for curbside/dine in. Then when you finally get to back out, you have to essentially wait in the drive thru line to get out of the parking lot! My work is less than 1/4 mile away, so I eat here for lunch sometimes. But the parking lot situation is what makes me choose elsewhere most of the time. Also this is the ONLY location that never ever gives me the condiments I order!

It's ok food and a little pricey for what you get. My real worry about this place and other Chick-fil-A restaurants is they all purchase the smallest lot they can get by with. This one in particular was so cramped you have to circle the building once and then get into drive thru that you just passed. By then you have 2 lines circling the building in between parked cars who can't back out to leave because the 2 lines are blocking them. It's very much an accident waiting to happen. I think their business model is fine, and I love that it's a Christian based business, but getting in and out of the place is a nightmare!

Typical Chick-fil-A experience. The staff weren't very informed about gluten free options, and I don't think I saw anyone smile. But it's okay, I gave smiles and got my food on time! The play area for the kids was helpful too.

single handedly the coldest possible breakfast ever. Bit through my chik mini and it was frozen in the middle. This is a new low even for a fast food place to serve ice cold food

Chic fil a has always been extremely open about their Christian beliefs and following, but when I heard they are having Santa Clause go to their store i was highly disappointed. I guess it won't be long and they will be open on Sundays and they will simply be like all other fast food chairs which is not the goal I would strive for if I was them.

Parking: Parking is horrible, but food is great.

Low stars solely because if the horrible drive thru construction. People are constantly cutting the line because of the poor construction and planning of the parking lot.

Always and in all the Chick-fil-A we have been to, they are super attentive, friendly and their service is of quality. The place is clean, the bathrooms are clean, although this time the water in the sink of the women's bathroom was very hot, we tried and waited for it to cool down but wooow we literally burned our hands hahahaha. In the play area my children played and had fun without any problem. Chick-fil-A is always our best option for the flavor, the price and the quality of service we receive in any Chick-fil-A we go to.

This Chick-fil-A has unfortunately gone down hill since Covid. The staff is friendly enough, but they don’t pay attention to special instructions and get something in my order wrong every other time that I visit them. :/
