Chicken was too hot to eat and NOT cooked completely.. Threw away my 3 piece box after eating the mash potatoes and biscuit😤

Ordered 4 piece combo mixed. Received 1thigh 2 small drum sticks, 1 small wing. Over $14…ridiculous !!! Won’t be back!!!

Food was very fresh. The service was even better. I can tell that Seth is a very good manager (if he's not one, he should be) Customer Service is the most important component of any business and these folks brought it today.

This is also my last visit. Chicken tasted nasty. They were out of apple pies. Even the mashed potatoes have gone bad! Don’t waste your hard earned money 💰 here! The health department needs to shut this place down!

I been goin here for years but why church’s making hot sauce packets with jack in them and why y’all giving these packets out to customers. Wasting plastic for no reason but to make customers disappointed 😭😂 video of proof attached

An older lady served me when I was placing the order, she rushed me and didn't ask anything, she just said to wait for her and when I added something to the order she was very rude and out of politeness I didn't ask her for my money back... it's a place to eat and remember that people do not come to ask.... they come to buy......

Horrible.! When I visited I ordered and realized I didn't ask for spicy so when I pulled up to the window I apologized and asked for spicy because the food was already at the window the lady in the window went to inform the managers who was very rude to her about so she began to plead with him it wasn't her fault but then I got my food I parked my chicken was cold but Mac and cheese was hot so I went in and asked for hot chicken the manager then pulls out a meat thermometer toss the chicken in the trash and give me new chicken as I get back to the car it's regular chicken so I went back in and told the manager I wanted spicy chicken he then throw that chicken away and tell me it would be 25 minutes for spicy chicken so I ended up asking for a refund and left I was not willing to wait 25 minutes for a 2pc

Horrible location. Always having to wait on food for 30 mins Online menu is different from the store menu.

Came and ordered at 700pm 3 hours before closing and the oil was drained from the fryers for that night. So everything was cold and under a heat lamp for longer before I arrived.
