Was really disappointed with this location. We happened to be in New Braunfels and decided to try this Chuys location. After a 20 minute wait for a table(not a big deal for Friday night) we sat at our table for 14 minutes before our waitress even came to greet us. Never have I had a Chuys staff member not quickly come to our table. Thankfully we knew what we wanted and ordered drinks and our food at the same time, because we didnt get additional chips until AFTER our food had arrived. The waitress was nice, but she was not very attentive. Other tables sat after us received their drinks and food very quickly, not us. We ordered chicken fajitas and they were incredibly dry. All in all, it was very disappointing and I would not go back to this location if in the area again.

I would like for Matt the person who busses the tables to be recognized for a good deed. He noticed a young mother left her purse. He stopped what he was doing and took the purse to her. Most people now would have taken to the front for the mother to come back for it. Matt truly cared about the customer even though he was not the severe.

I ordered a pickup order on door dash…. Which makes the order very specific. I ordered custom enchiladas a with a side of beans and rice….. I got a burrito and ONE DROP OF BEANS. Then they put beans inside the burrito…. Obviously it’s still edible but how they royally messed up a simple order blows my mind. Service was also horrible while picking up. I called to let them know I was there and whoever answered the phone has ZERO manners or customer service skills and hung up the phone on me.

Let me start by saying that my waitress, Brittney, was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive and showed that she cared about the customer. She brought me some different sauces to sample (hatch sauce and boom boom sauce), and they were excellent on my beef and chicken enchiladas. Brittney truly wanted to make sure that I had a great experience, which I did. The manager, John, even stopped by and asked how everything was. I will definitely be going back. If you stop in there, ask for Brittney!

This place might be amazing, I'm sure it is, but I walked in an sat at the bar. 3 people were there and the bartender had one or two orders from in house. I literally sat there for 4 minutes, and no one said anything to me. My man swept, looked me in the eyes and still ignored me and went on with something more important. I left. It was so odd to care so little about the guests. Be busy, be slow, clean, do whatever but to ignore people on top of that is a little too much. Just be better

Today I ordered the Chile Relleno/Enchilada Plate. Excellent, had it few months ago at a different Chuys and wanted it again. Very Very good. Freshly cooked comes out hot. Delicious. Megan, the server was excellent. Chips and Pico and Salsa are good as well.
Worst chuys I’ve ever been to. Our waitress was cool and kept apologizing for the wait but this was absolutely ridiculous. I understand that it’s Friday and usually that means the place is packed. However, my girlfriend and I waited for 45 minutes to get a table, then when we finally got a table we had to wait two hours for food to even come to our table. And guess what? The food never even showed up! But everyone else around us got their food and ate and left before us. Again it wasn’t our waitresses fault she was wonderful and kind but everything else was horrible. We left without food. So my suggestion is if you want to stop and get food at this specific chuys restaurant don’t expect to actually get food. Instead you’ll sit waiting for practically three hours. Would give zero stars if possible.

I love Chuy's but they NEVER have a sever available for the patio, including weekends! It's all about the atmosphere. I started calling before going to to see if the patio is open, the answer is always NO!! Other then that the service and food is usually great.

I was told to walk around the resturant to the Togo stand to where I should see “a sign on the door” lol
I walked to the door and stood there for a good 5 minutes while no one helped me
There was a worker vaping on the patio tho but wouldn’t take the time to help me out and the workers inside definitely didn’t care I was standing out there either for a good a 5 minutes while
Over all terrible experience and I just left instead of holding my thumb in the air like an idiot
