Today was my first time at Chuy’s, my mom and I came for lunch, our server was AMAZING, she let me try samples of their salsa and queso to help us make a decision. The tortilla soup is very good and my mom spoke highly of their tacos Al carbon. My favorite was the Boom Boom sauce. And we have never had a more delicious tres leches. Thank you Chuys! We will be back!

This was my first visit to this location, as I typically dine at the Chuy’s in San Marcos and on North Lamar. However, since we were in the area, we decided to give it a try. Upon entering, we were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but then experienced a lengthy wait for a server, which led us to consider leaving. Fortunately, a server arrived and took our order, but there was a significant delay in receiving our food. Unfortunately, the orders were incorrect and had to be returned, which was disappointing. I understand that this location is relatively new, but I was not impressed with the service. After correcting the issues, the server did apologize before we departed.

Atmosphere = filthy table and chairs. Simply unacceptable. Poor young lady that served us either didn’t get proper training or doesn’t care. Previous review was not glowing. Resulted in female manager contacting me. She offered to invite me make in May on her dime for another chance. No follow up. Came in tonight hoping for the best and disappointed again. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this location

This was my first time eating here and I was very pleased with the service. I am also happy to know that they support the local humane society. I will share an inside tip that I found out. If you take a framed photo of your dog they will give you a complimentary appetizer
Labor Day was a brief nightmare. Severely almost had a good brunch. Service took a bit to long. Upon leaving about 45 seconds left my phone on table the sorry table cleaner had supposedly took my phone to the host who then stated he took it to the back then brought back up. They looked like thieves and were ready to obtain for money. This happened under 45 seconds. Looks like a typical theft ring here. Food took almost 45mins. Management not well at this location. Most Chuy's have this reputation and the host that work the front. They need to be investigated often. Almost became a labor day nightmare. Waitress even stated kitchen was bit delayed with orders for some reason. Manegement upgrade needed here something here going on this was not the first. Lucky got my phone back in under a minute.

I love Chuy's. Not much to complain about, aside from the noise. There were a lot of large parties there on the day I went so we had to wait about 20 minutes or so but the service was alright. Our waiter was very nice but forgot a few things... Not big things... But things like refilling our drinks ( even when the cups sat there empty for a while ) or extra small plates after asking for them twice, but overall, the orders came out perfect and the bathrooms were clean.
