Cicis Pizza

My Grandchildren love this restaurant. They serve themselves with pizza.and pasta.and drinks. After they finish eating off to play the games. Then they are ready for the dessert brownies. The decor is very nice. Customer Service was wonderful very helpful and friendly.

CiCi’s Pizza isn’t going to win any awards for “best pizza in town,” but it’s definitely not the worst either. It’s a solid spot where you can enjoy decent pizza without breaking the bank. The buffet-style setup makes it easy to try a little bit of everything, and it’s perfect for families—my family and I could go, grab a variety of pizzas, and everyone leaves happy.

Every time we go it's great! We love that we can order specific items for our table. There's always someone cleaning up and wiping tables. And the buffet is always full with hot delicious food.

shout out to this place and the employees! i came in tonight and it was extremely busy but all the staff was very nice, they had pizzas coming out constantly and were fast despite the whole place being filled with people. there was a young lady with piercings who was being yelled at by this old man and she handled herself so nice and polite despite being cursed at for things out of her control. shout out to all of the employees at this cicis thank you for the amazing service and food! ☺️

The cashier Kendall was so sweet from the moment my partner and I entered the restaurant. It’s our first time in the city and the manger, Alexa, rudely threatened to call the police on us because my partner had grabbed lemonade in a water cup. We just thought it was a little weird because everyone around us had did the same thing, but she only approached us maybe because of our race. I will not recommend this location especially if Manager Alexa is working. Very disappointed.

Pizza is good and a great price

I am absolutely shocked at how badly this place was… I haven’t been to cicis in YEARS so I was looking forward to eating here. As soon as we walked in the place was messy, tables had not been cleaned & there was no where to sit, I had to ask someone to clean off a table so I could sit down with my kids. There was almost no pizza to choose from except pepperoni & cheese, & when we tried to ask someone to make a certain pizza we ended up waiting 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. When it came time for us to eat dessert I noticed they had no brownies out, so we asked them if they had any & they cut them straight out of the pan & handed us a few…. Let me tell you it was the NASTIEST, coldest, most inedible thing I have ever put into my mouth… even my 2yo who eats anything especially sweets turned it down after having a bite… so I went back up there & asked for them if they have warm brownies… the manager (didn’t get a name but female manager with dark hair) said they don’t make the brownies warm that the only reason cicis has “warm brownies” is bc the heat lamps they sit under on the line… so I asked her if she could buy them out on the line to get warm… she very rudely said she was not going to be doing that since no other customers were asking for brownies… I WAS IN ABSOLUTE SHOCK! People probably didn’t even know the brownies were available since they weren’t put out, but to serve brownies that were so cold that I wasn’t sure if they had just taken them out of the cooler is absolutely not okay! I wanted to be happier about having Cicis again but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed… makes me wish they had never closed the one in the forum down.

Had a great experience at Cicis in New Braunfels! The staff was super friendly and stayed on top of everything. Kendal especially went above and beyond—easily some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Thanks for making our visit so smooth!

Staff was awesome. They even made my pregnant wife 2 pizzas she was dying for. It's been a week and she's still talking about it.

This location is definitely the best!! All the food is delicious and fresh, clean environment and super friendly staff! Definitely recommend it to everyone! I love coming to this Cicis Pizza 🙏❤️
