Worse service!!!! Ask TONY (the worse bar tender)!!! I’m a local and as a local I’m appalled that there were minors here past 9 pm and by minors I mean children under 12 years old. TONY was the rudest bar tender, he kept serving others which clearly seemed to be his friends, he neglected my previous requests. I previously asked him to close me out and all he said was “hold on “ as if the bar was busy. And as soon as you walk in the bar there is this ugly stench inside! DO BETTER NB!!!!!!! watch your bars and who goes there and WHO IS ATTENDING IT. There are better bars out there with BETTER SERVICE….#nbtx #getridoftony

Wasn't what I expected. I thought from the Facebook pics, it was a restaurant. It ended up being a bar and grill, but it didn't disappoint though. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The service was great, and my family had an awesome time. We now have a new hangout spot for my day off on Tuesdays.

Horrible experience. Karaoke DJ very rude and swore at my husband when asked when he would be up. Kept swearing and trying to intimidate him. Will never go here again.Update: called the bar to complain about the DJ and got female manager who was also swearing and screaming. Real classy place.

I hold a Missouri drivers listened and got told that if you don’t have a Texas ID we won’t serve you and got told in front of everyone that my ID is fake. My family is military and from Missouri and if you google “not for real ID purposes” MO DL it will say that is on every DL in MO. Disrespected from the second I asked for a drink. If you’re from out of state don’t go here. They can’t tell what a real ID is from a fake and they will embarrass you.

Last night we went out for my friends birthday and one of us forgot our ID, and since it was after 9, we weren’t able to get in. So we left. When we got in the car, it would not start and the alarm kept going off. This happened about 4 times and each time a member of their staff came out and very rudely told us to turn off the alarm as if we were doing it on purpose. They didn’t ask if we needed help, if everything was okay, or even give us a chance to say sorry and explain the issue. The 4th time, two women cam out and hit the door with their hand and said if we don’t turn it off and if we “turn it on again” she’s going to call the cops. Again, not giving us the chance to apologize or explain.Each member we encountered from their staff with the exception of ONE, was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This was our first and last experience with them.
