They are not kidding about having the best bbq! The people working there are super personable and the brisket will ruin you for eating anywhere else. This was absolutely the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had.

I’ve lived in Texas all my life, so I’ve had a lot of barbecue. I can confidently say that Coronado’s has some of the BEST barbecue I’ve ever had! We got the ribs, pulled pork, and creamed corn, and they were all amazing. The dessert is also 10/10!! The two owners are also incredibly kind!! If you are looking to get BBQ in the New Braunfels area, definitely check this place out!

Now when someone asks where the best BBQ in Texas is, you can tell them without a pause that it's Coronado's. Stopped by this spot on a long walk home. BBQ tacos were great and service was incredible. Whole place has a great vibe and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
This is THE place. They have the most consistent food around, always amazing. Every option on the menu is a hit and none have disappointed in the last two years plus that we have eaten here. This is the truck that I’ll get bbq at until they decide to stop making it.
Ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo with a side of potato salad a sausage wrap, another sausage, and a side of creamed corn. Everything tasted great! I'm not usually a sausage fan but their beef sausage had great flavor and that combined with all the fixings in the tortilla was bomb. Only downside is it takes a while but for how it tasted I'd say it was worth the wait. We will definitely be back.

Yummy......the best Barbecue we've had since we moved to Texas!! The cherry glazed rib sandwich was so tender & flavorful. Husband had pulled pork & was very happy. Also, potato salad & beans were delicious. These guys know what they are doing. We will definitely be back!
The guys are super nice and take care of you. We ate there at the picnic table. The boneless rib sandwich was great especially with jalapeños, beans are awesome with brisket pieces mixed in. My wife had the brisket sandwich with potatoe salad that has apple slices. She was very pleased. Great place to eat will be back.
AWESOME brisket sandwich and frito pie!! Definitely get it all the way with onions, pickles and jalapeño. The broccoli pasta salad was superb, loved the sun flower seeds. I can’t wait to try their other menu items. Super nice owners!
