Okay there was no buffet but the porterhouse steak I ordered was fantastic and exactly how I wanted it.... excellent service and differently coming back for more steaks in the future
We had a wonderful breakfast here. Our waitress Tina was right on top of serving us. Delicious coffee(a must in my book) as was everything else. When we asked what was in the area that was a must see Tina told us about Gruene. We were very happy we took her advice. The next morning we went back to the Country Pride for breakfast again. We let Tina and her manager James know how much we enjoyed our meals. Tina works steady to make sure her customers are happy and taken care of...
Food was not too bad, buffet available. Waitress was OK, little pushy to order. Better place than all fast food restaurants at truck stops. At least you can eat something healthier.
