First time here and heard it was really good, but serving a sandwich on a hamburger bun is not my idea of authentic. The piece of chicken was so small it seemed like I was just eating a bun. The atmosphere is nice so maybe ask what kind of bread you can choose before ordering.

No wonder it took me over 4 years to try this place!! Must've known it was gonna suck. Don't waste your money here! Bland, soggy and they expect a sauce to carry a whole meal...um no a sauce shouldn't be the only thing that brings flavor to anything. It's called building different flavors. Ordered the avocado toast with the chipotle mayo on the side. Soggy AF and 3 tiny slices of avocado on top!! Tasteless spinach and gross soggy tomatoes. The owner and another employee claims the sauce is what gives it flavor LMAO!! REFUSED to give me a refund or remake me something else!! Owner basically blamed me for not liking something I ordered because "their avocado toast is one of their most popular items"! The owner literally talked down to me and told me to try something else off the menu and PAY FOR IT!! So not only don't want to make a wrong right by either refunding me or letting me try something else....but she wants me to PAY FOR IT too!! WTF?! I laughed so hard! I told her she's lucky that's all I complained about because everything I ordered was bland and tasteless!! She claims in her 25 years she's never dealt with this...but after reading all these reviews on here I'm sure not the first one to have tasteless soggy food and be treated the way I was!! It's obviously an issue from up to 10 years ago I can see!! They finally gave me $6.50 back for the avocado toast but no apology no nothing! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Wont be craving this place ever again 🤮 Will NEVER return! Which I'm sure they're happy about

I ordered the Envy I think it's called. The turkey was great and the onion was perfect. But the sweet roll it was served on kinda ruined the savory flavors. Too sweet for my taste. If it was served on different bread it would be amazing! Service was great everything was perfect except there was a HUGE water bug (most definitely from outside) on the wall a man had to remove from the dining room. If he didn't do that I honestly would've left my half eaten sandwich and bolted! 7/10 would recommend. I'll try another sammy next time.
