Crust Pizza Co. - New Braunfels

I absolutely love the welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere at Crust Pizza New Braunfels. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides impeccable customer service. The speed of service is impressive, and the location is easy to find. The food quality is outstanding, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is top-notch. A perfect spot for a delicious meal with the family!

Crust in New Braunfels was a very good experience. They had a lot of to go orders but it was Friday so we understood. All of the the other times the service was fast and friendly.

I don't have the option of giving it a 3 1/2, so I'm giving it a solid 3. The food is good but not good enough for a 4. A 4 from me says hmm that was good! I don't just give out 4s, you gotta earn that 4. All in all, a solid 3. Service and atmosphere pushed it to 3 1/2 but again that's not an option. Not much of a difference from my last review. The food was good, the service was good and so was the atmosphere. A solid 3 1/2. I've had Chicago pizza most of my life until I moved away. My Kids twist my arm to come here asking me everytime we talk about dine out options. Once they tried CRUST PIZZA, they scoff at the idea of going to MOD pizza. They only want Crust now and I dont blame them because it is way better quality menu selection. The Crust Staff especially (JULIE) is SUPER FRIENDLY, great welcome vibes all around. All the servers are always smiling and attentive to our group.
JULIE always makes sure the kids are happy. Hasn't happened yet, but if we come and she's not there my kids would be sad... Julie is a GEM of an employee!
Very family-friendly dine in option for us.

Not being a huge fan of pizza, I find myself going out of my way to go here. It's delicious, the staff especially Isaac is very helpful and inviting. Everything on the menu is tasty it is located in a great spot! Highly recommend

My family and I really enjoyed all the food we got. Pizza, garlic knots and Caesar salad. Definitely coming back. Like the fast casual laid back atmosphere as well.

The best pizza place I have been to in years. Great atmosphere, polite staff, and if you have young kids or grandkids, they have kid's meals as well. Check it out if you've never been there; you won't regret it.

First time trying Crust and we really enjoyed it. Pizza was fresh and tasty, restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. They even have a patio to enjoy. The staff were friendly, we will be returning.
