It has a good flavor and they use better ingredients than many of the other fast food restaurants do. It makes for a better ice cream and tastier treats.

Horrible customer Service waited in the drive-through line and was not welcomed pulled up to the window and still no one acknowledged us. Drove around to the front and got down physically and no one still acknowledged us. Horrible customer service.

I don’t know what kind of joke Dairy Queen is trying to pull with these so-called “Reaper Tacos,” but I’ve had gas station tacos with more effort and flavor. First off, presentation was a mess — tossed into a box like someone gave up halfway. The shells were dry and crumbling, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. As for the filling? Barely any meat, drenched in a sad drizzle of sauce and loaded with lettuce and tomato like that’s supposed to cover up the lack of flavor.
There was absolutely nothing “Reaper” about these. No spice. No kick. No soul. Just disappointment in a tortilla. If you're expecting some fiery, bold flavor like the name suggests, keep dreaming. These tacos couldn’t haunt a mosquito, much less my taste buds.
Dairy Queen, do better. This isn’t it.

Stopped in to grab lunch. I asked for a large sweet tea. I've heard everything is bigger in Texas, and they aren't lying. Loved my extra large sweet tea.

Literally waited 15 minutes in line with the same one car stuck at the drive thru window…
Glad you had a second lane to drive around, ain’t no one have time for that. Go somewhere else, this place is dog water.

No one was at the register when my wife and I entered so we weren’t sure if the waiting customers had been waited on or not. The floor was being cleaned while we ate and with customers coming in and jumping over the cleaning foam on the floor. Very dangerous scenario. Lots of loud talking in the back but only one young lady cleaning the floor and waiting on customers. Probably the worst DQ experience for us.
