Went for free ice cream cones, the staff surpassed my expectations! The restaurant was super packed when we got there and was a bit reluctant to even get off. Was greeted with a friendly staff, quick ordering and quick service. Even though it was super busy, all the employees there handled it very well.

I dont remember when prices went up but a country basket use to be 6.00. Now it's 12?!?! Spent 30 on 2 meals like I was out at a steak house. Holy man!
Have eaten here many times. Great food. But tonight after Bible study we stopped by and service sucked. We walking into the lobby and 2 employees where there. One was washing table and the other went to the restroom no problem. No one ever greeted us or even acted like we were there. After 10 minutes we walked out. It was not busy. So no excuse. 2 cars at drive thur and no one in lobby but us. So disappointed in the staff. Still Love you DQ. But staff needs more training in customer service!

everytime. LITERALLY EVERY TIME, I go here. I ask for ranch for my chicken, stating I physically cannot eat gravy. I double triple quadruple check that I say it. im given gravy. Tonight, I got 3 meals. something was wrong with every single meal. Not worth going at this

11.00 for a mini and small blizzard. Pulled up at Drive thru only to be shouted "yes? Can I take your order?"Service has gone out the window today.Employees inside not in uniform just dragging around.

Just don't. I mean you know what you get when you go for anything but ice cream. Went for steak finger basket to go. Got home it was chicken strips. DQs chicken strips are knowingly trash, so we took it back. They take it and I wait 15 minutes for them to make a new one...only they didn't. We get home and see that they just made the steak fingers and put it in the same box as the chicken strips. No new fries, no new Texas toast... 10 minute drive home, 10 minute drive back to the restaurant, 15 minute wait, and another 10 minute drive back home. 45 minutes before we actually eat dinner and obviously the fries and toast were ice cold, and they didn't give the extra gravy we paid for. Just go to a restaurant. It was over $30 for trash food.
