We visited Dunkin during off peak hours but the drive through was busy. The staff was kind, patient, and customer-service oriented. There was an order of food that someone had ordered that wasnt picked up. Instead of tossing the food they brought it out for me and my kiddos to eat with our donuts at our outside table. Very thoughtful and the kids loved it! Highly recommend visiting

Went in at 8:55 today to buy donuts for the air ops out of the new Braunfels airport. Asked to purchase what they had left. Not even knowing who and what they were for she donated them. I then told her where they were going! Great employee who ever your manager is found a gem! Kerrville strong

I would really like to start by saying. The morning crew is wonderful. I have been going here the last two years. Frances is so amazing and I love her attitude. Im at the point she knows my order just by walking in. I do come at night with my son to get ice cream from baskin and I love their night workers. Always nice and quick to get my order in and out. I dont do many reviews. But I want to give a two thumbs up to the whole restaurant. Thanks again Frances

Do not walk in to this location. There were 3 cars in the drive thru, they served them and never acknowledged the 2 customers inside, even after we both said hi and attempted to get their attention. Two more cars pulled into the drive thru and they began serving them. After 10 minutes they failed to serve me or the other customer, so I left without ordering.
Picked up donuts at the end of the day for the next morning, love their blueberry donuts , great service as always

Husband ordered two lattes & donut. Girls behind counter didn't appear to know how to make a latte. Coffee was strong but OK. We sat outside and enjoyed nice sunny afternoon. Went back in & asked for small cup of water. Was told cost would be $1.09. Stated we were sitting outside with the lattes and needed a cup of water. They insisted cost would be $1.09.

I took my cousin for an ice cream treat and when we walked in there were no other customers, yet we still had to wait for a few minutes until the staff finally decided to help us. We decided to sit outside to eat our ice cream, then a worker came outside and sat down at the table next to us and started vaping with the wind blowing directly at mine and my cousins (who is a child) faces. Even after noticing her smoke was blowing straight into our faces she continued to vape and not move else where the entire time we sat there.
