I took my cousin for an ice cream treat and when we walked in there were no other customers, yet we still had to wait for a few minutes until the staff finally decided to help us. We decided to sit outside to eat our ice cream, then a worker came outside and sat down at the table next to us and started vaping with the wind blowing directly at mine and my cousins (who is a child) faces. Even after noticing her smoke was blowing straight into our faces she continued to vape and not move else where the entire time we sat there.

Our experience with this Dunkin' location has been mixed.**
While the coffee is okay and generally satisfactory, we had a troubling issue related to card theft. My daughter fell victim to a cash app transfer fraud that almost happened twice—if it hadn’t been for our bank's quick intervention. We suspect this may have been linked to an individual inside and the transactions at this location. Since we stopped using this Dunkin', we haven't encountered any further issues.
**Pros:** - Decent coffee quality.
**Cons:** - Card theft concerns linked to transactions. - Overall experience has been unsettling due to security issues.
We liked Dunkin' before, but these security concerns make us wary. We hope they address these issues to ensure the safety of their customers.

Now mind you, the experience wasn’t “bad”, in fact the people were very nice. However, there were two issues. The first one I will overlook and not mention. The second one is what kinda grinds my gears. I have an issue with a poorly made sandwich that has melted cheese. When I find it slapped together without enough care to be sure that when the sandwich is opened, the bread isn’t superglued all crooked and the sandwich falls apart when you have to fix it. It makes for a less than good experience. Please note this. No anger…just disappointed. Thanks folks! Looking forward to seeing the improvement over there!
Just had to come on here and share my horrible experience at Dunkin this morning. So I walk in to the store to pick up my mobile order so I stand and wait in the line. When all the people are helped before me I obviously assume it’s my turn. But no apparently not the two women working the store completely overlooked me and started asking the people who came in after me if they needed help. Mind you I see my drink behind the counter just sitting there icing down. I even Tried smiling at one girl to get her attention. She just gave me a “look” so she obviously knew I needed help but still said nothing to me. It’s like I didn’t even exist or wasn’t being taken seriously at all. Mind you I have never once been rude to any of the women working there. I have always been super sweet and nice to them, and hardly ever complain. Finally, after standing there for forever a nice man who was working the drive-through noticed I had been there for a while and came and helped me. Being a young adult and young woman I already deal with not being taken seriously enough. This was honestly the worst way to start my morning. I love my Dunkin’ but I’m perfectly happy going straight down the road on the grind where more people my age go and everyone is helped no matter what.
