Great beers! I tried the light Jalapeno beer and it was good. Then the IPA was delicious. I’ll return to try others. Neat place. Thanks!

Great food, drinks, and patio. But takes forever to be acknowledged by a server. If it’s only bar service, say so.

If you come to New Braunfels, you have to visit Faust Brewing Company. Great people, great vibes, great food, live bands, just an all around great experience and this is my first time coming here. Royce is great! Trust me.

Faust’s is one of our favorite places in New Braunfels! They make one of the best old fashions in town, the food is distinctive and flavorful and Royce keeps the whole place running smoothly.

Royce greets us by name and remembers our drinks. No matter how busy he is, he always adds a personal touch. It’s rare to find someone who works as hard as he does who also takes the time to get to know his customers.

Thanks for making Faust’s one of our favorite hangouts!

Been there twice- pub sandwiches are outstanding and different good! We try different beers each time and have not been disappointed.

Just had an engagement party here, and Royce and company were extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. My fiancee and I and 17 family members used their party room, which is in a separate building from the main bar and brewery. It was perfect, well lit, clean and the AC was nice and cool on a 100 degree Texas day. The food and beverage were great. Royce and company went out of their way to provide stellar and timely service, constantly checking on us well after we'd been served. We really felt spoiled. By the way, Royce is the manager and bartender. Very hard working. He alone made us want to come back soon. The courtyard and main building are beautifully laid out. There is a nice stage area where live music is performed. The food and drink menus offer a nice variety. I recommend the Reuben and honey wheat beer. She had the Greek salad and a margarita which were excellent choices as well. Many thanks to Faust Brewing and Royce Bailey for a wonderful time. Royce even took our group pics and chatted with us afterwards, many times inviting us to come back. They're open til midnight on weekends. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. We will definitely be returning soon. Again, many thanks to Royce and staff!

Food and beer was amazing!

Great service and love the shady seating outside. Interior has seating as well, just a bit limited. Full menu for food, beers obviously, and mixed drinks and wine as well.

Outside is pet friendly. There is a stage, so imagine they have live music as well. Lots of shade with the tree, sun shades and umbrellas. Great place.

First time visit today as we tested many of the new locales popping up in our awesome town. Castell is turning into our favorite street for chilling out on the weekend. Being from Europe this street is a pleasant break from the bustle and hustle. Faust included:) great range of home-brewed ales and a solid menu from their onsite food truck. Staff are friendly and chill. Small inside bar area but outside has a great open area with stage and plenty of shaded seating. We’ll be back

A great selection on their brewed beers + full bar. The German fries are excellent. The bartender was social happy and very knowledgeable of the craft. Has a great outdoor area. E hoped our stop.
