Faust Brewing Company

We kind of stumbled across this place, and I’m so glad we did. The food was so good! We had the tater kegs, the turkey jack, and the pulled pork sandwich. They were all delicious! They had live music, and the patio was nice and shaded. I wish we would have taken pictures. We will definitely be back.

I had an awesome time at this brewery! The beers were top-notch, especially the Oktoberfest, which quickly became a favorite of mine. The service was excellent—everyone was super friendly and easy to chat with. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the people hanging out there were just as great. It’s definitely a nice spot for locals to kick back and enjoy some good company and drinks. Highly recommend!

Great beer and a wonderful environment. Would rate them 10 if I could. Will definitely be back!

Faust was sweet enough to host the Irreverent Warriors New Braunfels silkies hike this past Saturday (as they did last year!) and they came in clutch once again! Staff was super nice! Beer was tasty! Venue is gorgeous! Food was great! I love it here!

The Faust Brewing Co. is a super fun spot to meet up with friends and sit outside. Their marketing Director is top notch! Always some fun and interesting events! I’ve enjoyed the Fire Fighters drums for St.Patrick’s day, the pictures with live bunnies for Easter and the best ever accordion player you’ll ever meet! The local bands are great as well! This place is becoming the place to be! See you there!

A New Braunfels Classic - amazing food and beer!

Awesome service and food. Love coming here with friends and family and it’s a big plus that they are dog friendly too. The Barrel Keg Tots are so delicious!

Such an inviting and relaxing venue! Sitting outside with friends and listening to great music all while enjoying good drinks and great service… yes please! Can’t beat it and we’ll be back. My out of town guests LOVED it here!

Have you ever had a place where people know who you are and treat you like close friend? The Faust Brewing Company is that for New Braunfels. They’re like Cheer without a roof.

There is an area inside but why? Everyone is outside enjoying the great music. There’s a guy that plays polka music and he’s really entertaining. Did I really just say that? His name is Alex something and he is entertaining. I wish I could have his energy.

My wife’s favorite time to go to the Faust Brewing Company is Sunday after church. There are plenty of shady spots to sit outside and the service is really quick. That’s all four star kinda stuff but what makes this place five stars is the gal there named Rebecca. She makes me and my wife laugh every time we’re there.

I hope this review helped you understand what this place means to NB. And I hope to see some new faces there.

Great venue ... one of my favorite places in NB. The food is always fantastic. Bartenders are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Wouldn't ’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to grab a few drinks and relax.
